Basic hotel... old property but clean and maintained; very kind and helpful staff. Free Airport shuttle is quick and easy!

The receptionist was worst they did not help anything. Foood was worst breakfast I mean. It s all processed food with unclean environment. I wd never ever recommend it to any of my friends.

The carpet was wet and smell like someone was smoking in the room before us. Plus I could smell weed in the hallway in the morning. Pool area didn’t have any towels for guests

Was horrible placed smelled like stale smoke so all my belongings did as well! Also people outside smoking weed and inside when I turned on bathroom fan weed smell would come through. By far worse place I have stayed

Hotel feels very dated. It's okay for the price.

It is what it is! Only big issue was back door security key lock didn’t work. Anyone could walk in if they wanted to. Smelled like a combination of cleaning fluid and marijuana. Kind of got used to it. Staff was friendly enough and helpful

Room and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke even though it's a no smoking room.

I not going back to this hotel, poor maintenance Unclean premises, terrible slow Wifi, complementary breakfast is not worthy to eat.

Both rooms was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. It smelled real bad. If I could give these people zero stars I would’ve don’t go to this hotel. I’d rather go to a super eight then this hotel.

Decades ago I used to stay here for horse races 30 minutes up the road. It was good place to stay for a few days. It's not fit for a horse now. Filthy. The desk help, clueless. Avoid at all costs. Place should be bulldozed.

There was no house keeper, the room I stay at 228 smells so awful, the bathroom was not clean from the previous guest I saw cigarette butt on the floor

Arrived to the Albany Airport Inn, provided room around back side of the Inn. Drove car to this entrance to find a busted door, looked like a hotel card reader was torn out with plate wires still in place. Walked right through the door (security/safety issue), stairwell was dirty, hauled my luggage up two flights of stairs (no elevator, was unaware of this at booking) and then down the dim, smokey hallway to my given room location. Entered the room, dark, dingy, low quality bed/bedding, bathroom very small/tight and cleanliness in question overall. Immediately return to lobby, return room key and requested refund. Staff member stated I would receive a refund within 5-business days (did receive paper copy of room cancellation and still no email notice of room cancellation). Hope the refund actual goes through. Booking this location is on me (one night during travel), will certainly be more attentive in the future - but will never stay at this location.

The quietness and easy accessibility to the airport

This was the perfect place for an overnight stay, shuttle and parking! The rates were very reasonable, the shuttle free (I tipped the driver, of course ) and parking was $25 for 7 days. You just can’t beat it! Accommodating and friendly staff ! I’ll be back!

I wish I had read the reviews. DO NOT stay here. It is filthy - the rooms, the common areas and is not maintained
