Super 8 by Wyndham Yuma

The whole place smelled awful and the people in the room next to me kept up a lot of noise. Light bulb was out so had to go ask for one. It really was pretty bad.

I was the only person in the lobby at 11pm except three women sitting at a table eating. After 5 minutes, one of them got up to help me. Wow. Old property, clean enough , plastic mattress covers, decent breakfast, close to freeway.

No shampoo in the shampoo bottle mounted in the shower, there was hair in the shower from a past guest, 1 of the towels was stained and had holes in it. Floor around the bed wasn't very clean, desk chair had what appeared to be poop stain right down the middle and the bed sheets had stains.

Close to everything.

The place was okay, definitely worn down but the staff was helpful and the continental breakfast was good.

Access Nothing

Right when I checked in I received instant notifications on my phone from Wyndham rewards welcoming to the hotel and the day I checked out I received a check out text and I was able to check out on my phone and even requested a late checkout. All was superb!!!

All furniture, bedding,breakfast, pillows….

I like the AC temperature Humidity in the room due to non-stop hot water in the shower

It was fine but only one ice machine working and hall ways very dirty

The musty smell

The staff was really nice.. The breakfast was great. I burned my hand on the rail at the pool. This was on Thursday afternoon and my hand still stings. I couldn't find the button to turn on the spa. I was still comfortable there and felt safe. I will stay again on the 16th on my way home.

Convenient, staff was good Water leaked in the bathtub all night; the air conditioning unit made a terrible racket; the elevator didn't work.

Room was clean I wish motels would have make up cloths I feel bad using a white wash cloth but nice room good security for our car water took a while to heat up other then that nice I'd stay again

Not only are you professional , but you're concerned and caring to your clientele. You handled my personal requests with aplomb. Your evening colleague was also exceptionally helpful. And thank you rebecca for handling my personal request. One of the consoles in my air conditioning unit did not work. However , the evening staff member was able to accommodate my needs.

Was not as clean as one expects.

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was average and was promptly cleaned up, they definitely don’t allow extra time

Priscilla and staff are always friendly and accommodating! I always regret going anywhere else. Thank You for your hospitality.
