The room was very clean and the staff was very nice . The house keeping staff went above and beyond to be helpful the 2 night we was there .

I reserved 2 suite for son's wedding party and it helped tremendously. Plus they got much needed rest before heading to honeymoon. The breakfast in morning is good too!

Stay here often when I go to visit my son at school. I can't say enough about the staff and the hotel. I left to drive home to New jersey. I had lost my phone before I left. Somebody located it in the parking lot. The staff members were so helpful. They packed it up in a box for me and I had UPS pick it up. They even called to let me know that UPS had picked up the phone. They truly were very, very helpful. The hotel is immaculate. Very clean. Staff is great. Breakfast is always good and the coffee is fantastic

I stay at this holiday inn express several times a year and feel like the rooms are starting to show their age.

The breakfast was good. It had a good variety of food and it was kept warm and the service was very good very kind

Our stay was amazing. The room was very clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only downside was that the sofa bed looked dirty so we couldn’t use it.

This stay made my top 3 worst hotel stays of my life (and I travel a lot). I was shocked at the poor condition of this hotel. When you walk in, it looks like they make it look like cleanliness is a priority. But it was disgustingly dirty. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet was covered in little pieces of litter and was pulling up in places. Somehow, the room was worse. I have never seen wallpaper with so many smudges and stains. The chairs were ripped and faded. Even worse, the carpet felt slimy. I could go on, but you get the point.

We had a very comfortable stay. Beds clean, room clean, breakfast &coffee was decent. Gave 3 stars because our shower rod looked as if the last tenant slipped, grabbed the rod and partially ripped it off the wall. But it still worked and the shower/grout were immaculate.

First things first. Aside from the horrid smell coming from the fridge in our room, we found a LIVE cockroach in our bathroom on the first night. & since we booked through a third party & already changed the original reservation from 1 night to 2, there was nothing they could do & our stay was completely non-refundable. To say it was hard to sleep would be an understatement. While the pool & the free breakfast were nice, the pool room definitely could have been cleaner. The drains to catch the water outside of the pool were filled with hair & debris. the property is a “no smoking” property, however, on our first evening there, there was 2 people sitting on the outside patio outside the pool room smoking weed. Im assuming there are cameras out there, but my guess is security either doesn’t care or allows it. However, the staff was nice. Greeted with a smile & always, promptly, brought us extra towels when asked. This hotel is also not really near any other attractions. It’s definitely a blue-collar town & the guests are majority blue-collar workers (much respect). But I think we were expecting something in a little bit more of an “alive” area, but that’s on us for not looking further into location! So 1 star. Everything would have been fine and manageable if we did find a roach.

With the exception of a broken bathroom lock , everything was as expected. Staff were helpful ,room was clean , there was sufficient parking & the buffet breakfast was good to go. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel manager was especially kind and accommodating, even after a late-night fire alarm disrupted everyone’s sleep. While the hotel isn’t the fanciest place to stay, it is affordable, clean, and a good choice for a short visit. My only suggestion for improvement would be to power wash the front entry door. It gives a poor first impression and makes the property look less well-maintained than it actually is.

Staff was great, room was fine, the bathtub is too small. Very slippery and not wide.
