Not too shabby. I would stay again

This wasn’t the location I thought I chose. Late nights the door completely opposite the front desk was wide open and people were hanging out and cat calling, hey baby, want a ride. I consider myself a very independent woman and can handle myself in any situation but I don’t intentionally put myself in unsafe situations. I went back to my room and had my husband go with me to the front desk with me. I hated to do that for multiple reasons. I will never NEVER stay at this location again. It’s a franchise licensed under Wyndham. That license should be discontinued because it is not run like a Wyndham. Housekeeping was super friendly and helpful when we needed another towel because there was only ONE in the room. There was a ton of rain and the halls were soaking wet including the carpeted areas. It wasn’t dirty, the beds were clean and comfortable and yes, I’m that person that looked for bedbugs and no there was absolutely NO sign of any of that.

i got charge twice for the stay and nobody had the answer im still waaiting for the money in my acount terrible

I purchased the room through Expedia and it was supposed to have two double beds, but in reality and head to twin beds, which made it very small. The bathroom was also very small and the sink was exterior to the shower area. The continental breakfast that it had left a lot to be desired. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner.

Rooms were clean and has basic breakfast(bread, bagel and cereals) and coffee. It is value for money. It is just a basic hotel with easy access to highway

Breakfast was next to nothing.

Air conditioner did not work properly alerted staff she come in said "it blow and I'll let maintenance know" never seen maintenance. The towels felt damp even though no one had used them yet they were folded up. The Continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal or toast. Juice or coffee. No real creamers other than powder packets. Great walking distance of stores. The gentleman at check in was great very friendly!.

The guy there told my aunt let other people get there food fist knowing she was standing there not in the way or nothing I have twins didn’t even have a crib after it said it did the pool was close for maintenance apparently it was just a bad weekend for us

Large rooms, near restaurants.

Room was clean. Breakfast wasn’t great because there was much choice of anything

Place smelled like cigarettes. Very Noisy.Bath tube had cracks all in it bed sheets didnt fit,tv barely worked.

I'll stay there again. Cleaning staff might want to clean the whole room. Asked for a queen size and got a double. Not sure why that's a problem, other hotels seem to push the double's for some reason.

Location

The location was good and convenient. However we were unable to have the free breakfast because the room was too small for all guests so we were unable to get in. The people in the room next to us had a crying, screaming child all night and the mother was yelling to the child to stop crying and was running in and out slamming the room door.

The overall price. I didn't appreciate having to ask for a clean fitted sheet for my bed, and I didn't appreciate the other guests being disrespectful and obnoxious all night long. The overall security of the place was non-existent, I'd never stay at that hotel alone as a woman.

Did not try the breakfast. The location was good ?. The toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom was broken. That didn't bother me that much but it looked like the person that broke it cut their hand and nobody cleaned blood off the wall by it. The floor was not carpet, which I prefer, which wouldn't be that bad except the floor was rather dirty.
