We enjoyed our first stay at Salvatore's Grand Hotel. The environment and furnishings were elegant. Our room was clean, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The hallways and restaurant were beautiful. A highlight was meeting and chatting with the owner, Mr. Russell Salvatore, in his Heroes Park across from the hotel. A memorable experience.

So much better than a big corporate chain hotel. I really enjoyed this hotel as it is a throwback but meticulously maintained so it is nostalgic and not "dated" The breakfast was a "real" breakfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes and many other offerings. The owner Russel Salvatore even joined for breakfast impeccably dressed and handsome. I have a kid at SUNY Buffalo so I am DEFINITELY coming back to this gem!

The gym is extremely small for the amount of space this hotel has. The great part is the entrance and the restaurant where the big boss is still accommodating you to the tables. You cannot not recognize him, as the entire entrance is dedicated to him. Great person!

Very clean and nice. The breakfast was far and away better than other hotels nearby.

the complimentary breakfast is a great feature.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were hard also. Room smelled musty when entering. Cleaning crew were good. Front desk was helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Clean room and friendly staff, did not catch breakfast due to early flight.

Room service is awesome and room, hallways and lobby are clean and quiet, will come back next time, recommend.

I think this is the best hotel around Niagara. If I go back, I would definitely stay here again.

Showers were really big and loved the layout with sink outside the bathroom (toilet and shower). Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed using the bar for a night cap. Would definitely stay again. Saw the owner, Mr. Salvatore, on Sunday at his hotel, which you never see that anywhere else.

The Patriots and Heros Park on the grounds is absolutely beautiful and heartfelt.

Great breakfast! Nice, safe area perfect for a family. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the woman who runs breakfast in the morning.

Great place!

The staff’s comments at the desk were somewhat unprofessional. He informed me that if I take anything from the room, I will be charged for it. My question is whether I appear to be a thief. The sink in my room had a hole, and it looked substandard. The snack vending machine was not functioning. In the morning, breakfast was scheduled to begin at 7:00 AM, but it was not ready, which was disappointing. The staff’s demeanor is somewhat unfriendly.

Great for elderly and disabled. Nice hotel

The look of the building was very ornate and decorated with a vintage style! Breakfast was exceptional. There was even a homemade pastry made by the woman working in the breakfast room.
