Holiday Inn Express Williamsbrg Busch Gardens Area by IHG

The hotel was quiet - no disturbances in the halls or outside. Breakfast was plentiful and the area was clean.

We were given an handicap room right beside the front desk so we were disturbed by noise from that. And this hotel was not maxed out on rooms. Wouldn't you want to save handicap accessible rooms for those who need it checking in was my thought. idk lol. The shower flooded the entire bathroom when you showered, the bed was hard as a brick, and the pool was dirty and looked like it could really use a good power wash my husband said. The next morning at breakfast there was so many dirty tables as well as milk spilled all over the floor in front of the coffee station from the time my husband went out to the breakfast to browse what they had till about 20-30 mins later when we left our room to check out. While the two guys at the front desk about 10 steps away from the milk spill (Clearly in sight) were just joking and kidding around with one another. All around if we had been staying more than one night we definitely would've probably asked for a refund and went elsewhere. We won't be returning

I am sure it is a nice hotel. I will know when the actual time, comes in January.

Very clean room the staff was very helpful the breakfast was good definitely will come back here next time I’m in Williamsburg

Room was cleaning. Breakfast had many selections. Staff was very accommodating Bottles of water weren't available for free. There wasn't a bottle filling station.

Cleanliness, the turkey sausages for breakfast, the location, the staff, and the room.

The hotel was immaculate. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were the best we've experienced at any hotel?

I have an 8 month old baby and it wasn’t many options for the baby to eat, no bananas and the oatmeal was cold. Pretty much there should have been a microwave for you to heat up your food. Very limited seating and only two high chairs that I saw. My oldest son was extremely excited for waffles but there wasn’t any. Only pancakes and they were pretty small. The only juice they had was cranberry, no bacon just two different spaces of sausages

A couple of towels were ratty and the toilet and shower curtain had mysterious dirty places on them that made me cringe. The only redeeming quality is the convenience to Busch Gardens and the plentiful breakfast options.

Breakfast not as good as it used to be.It is not good at all.

Very close to Busch Gardens and about 8 minutes to colonial williamsburg. Hotel was quiet at night. Has plenty of parking and the pool was nice. Continental breakfast was well stocked
