Great place front desk was awesome 👌 I will definitely book again

The room was clean, the shower pressure was good and the property is right on the bike path next to the beach.

Heads up for future guests: There is a $20 cash deposit required for the room keys at check-in, which you get back when you return them at checkout. but it’s helpful to know before you arrive. There is a grill to use to cook and place to sit out to eat and enjoy your not

Clean room parking great easy access to the beach

Oksana was great but the clerk on the other side in the main building had an attitude and was not friendly at all. The pools are outdated and they say they are heated but they are not. Rooms were very clean. Parking spot are way too close together and you can barely get out of your car. Ice machine was out of order our entire stay.

I booked this place because the price was reasonable and it was right behind where I stayed last year. After booking, the property contacted me to check in at a newly renovated building behind the main one. The address differed from what was listed on Expedia, but I assumed it was an annex next to the main beachfront property. Upon arrival, I found out it was actually a completely different, repurposed building across the street,( viking Motel ) nowhere near the beach. When I asked to move to the front building since I wanted a beachfront stay, they claimed I had booked a "Courtside" room. However, there was no mention of "Courtside" anywhere on the booking site. To make matters worse, they demanded an extra fee to move to the front building. It was only a one-night stay so I let it go, but I will never return. If you are expecting a true beachfront experience, double-check the exact building location before booking.

We had beach and pool views. The hotel was booked last minute on a drive from Tennessee to Massachusetts. We had never been to the Jersey Shore before and didn't know what to expect. We stayed for one night and it was a nice stay. Although, we didn't use it, the kitchenette was perfect. We swam in the ocean, and at the pool. The kids loved it.

Excellent location. Staff was excellent Cafe was nice. Food was good. Parking was very tight. They need to put in Some air fresheners The smell in the cleaned rooms upon arrival was appealing. It would be nice to have another chair and a smaller dining table in the room

I thought the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I love the location of the hotel close to the beach and other cafes to grab breakfast at the board walk. I wish they provided bathroom essentials like soap and body wash however the room was clean and cozy. There are no closets or hangers so keep that in mind!

I did enjoy my view. Beach was awesome!! I was hoping for a nice balcony view, which I didn’t get. The staff nice but the owner or manager was to much of getting to be noisy and rude in my personal life….. he made a comment which I didn’t like and I hold on to my tongue not say what I really wanted to say. Like if the person who I was with was my son and that he was so young….. really now in days there’s no respect , they think that they know you so well to make comments like that. If I would go to the same hotel , no!!! This disrespectful person doesn’t deserve my money on his business and do yourself a favor don’t get into nobody’s personal life.

The room, a two queen bed, is located behind the main hotel, their newly renovated annex, a smaller motel. Very clean, quieter and close to the beach, but not directly on beachfront. Pool very clean. There are many surrounding conveniences and the availability to use the main hotel building facilities also. The breakfast luncheonette at the main building beachfront offers options kids will like.

Manager at the hotel was very friendly and went out of her way to help with any needs. Room was newly updated and clean. Plenty of parking and the pool area had many lounge chairs and umbrellas.
