Check-in is all self-serviced. There's a room map when you enter the lobby that's alphabetical, so know your room name before checking in to ensure it's easy to find. The room was clean. We enjoyed the balcony view and the wildlife we saw while there. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of books and games in the lobby. Staff was friendly and eager to help with anything to make our stay more enjoyable. What's unique about this property is there's plenty of privacy to get away from the crowds when needed.

The building is very old. The shower curtain was very dirty, with red discoloration at the bottom, and the bed made a squeaky noise whenever we turned over. We booked a “river view” room, but there was no view of the creek. Breakfast was good, but there were no hot food options. For over $200 per night, we expected better cleanliness, comfort, and some service.

Bed in my room was very soft and that resulted in having back pain. I needed up checking out early but ended up paying about $500 for one night due to booking with Expedia. Expedia customer service is useless and unable to help.

This is a contactless check-in. They text you the alarm code to allow you to get in to both the house and the rooms. Our room looked beautiful, but the bed was horrible, every time you move the bed creaked. Air conditioner was not very cold, but we ran it even though it was a full night so that we didn’t hear the bed making noises every time we moved room was otherwise clean nice little balcony looking outside to the river.

My Son and I really enjoyed it. It was a beautiful property.. We would definitely go back if we were in that area.

We saw many different animals in the water looking out our window from the Izaak room.

Beautiful location

And good. The location especially made the place stand out - close to everything plus the river on the side.

The Duck Inn Lodge was adorable and a great place to stay on our family vacation. Room check in was easy, the room was clean, the view was great, the breakfast was welcoming and yummy, and check out was super easy. We would like to go back someday to visit the area again and I would stay at the Duck Inn Lodge again!

Exterior poorly maintained on building. Balcony floor was covered with dirt. Dirty lobby windows Overgrown yard and landscaping. Boiled eggs, basket of fresh fruit and yogurt with grocery style bread very minimal breakfast. Had to request towels and t paper. Carpet worn and dirty. Roaches in room. Poor hot water supply. Very small ice machine that most often is empty. only contact with human is by phone or email.

Breakfast was included and they had bear spray available for us to borrow, so check before you buy or rent your own. Pleasant experience all around.

Didn't know the entry was digital only until we got there. Had to wait for a code to be sent via email to get in the fent door and room. Charged an extra $35 for early check in. Not a ton of parking available. Easy to find and pretty spot right on the river - kids saw a doe and two fans in the evening. Went out for a while and door code did not work on our return - had to call and get a new one and then had to call again as code didn't work on room door. Seems there are some issues to be worked out with the digital entry. Breakfast was ok - cereal, toast, oatmeal, muffins and fruit. Would have liked more options for the price. Room was the Belton with an extra bedroom. Bathroom was nice sized. Easy drive to Glacier from the Inn and conveniences like gas, grocery and restaurants are close by.

Other wise place was clean and comfortable.

Great location and great staff. Probably could use some upgrades and a few more amenities in room (trash cans, Kleenex, updated USB chargers) but was a quiet, lovely property, with free walking and able to walk to town.
