Room was clean, price was right, location is good and the staff was very nice. The only complaints I have is my room had a small smell of urine and the pool was very foggy. Wanted to go swimming but the pool didn't look very inviting,

My family and I stayed a week at the Best Western we had a great time the staff was excellent the room was great and all the amenities were excellent the restaurant that is there is very excellent to I would highly recommend this Best western plus White Bear to anyone

The morning breakfast was a delight for kids. They loved the waffles and all the fixings.

Very clean and staff was great. Rooftop bar was great except for the fact that they couldn’t serve food because they were short staffed. Highly recommend.

I did pre pay and the hotel charged my credit card at check in so I ended up paying double. Two different times I went to the front desk and there was no one there for over 20 minutes. We had a room that faced the pool and it was pretty noisy from the bar

We loved our stay at the Best Western! The bed was pretty comfortable, the room was nice, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. We would like to stay there again sometime and highly recommend!

BWCI is a great Hotel with a great restaurant/bar on location. Our room was large, clean and super comfy. The friendly staff was always ready to help with anything we asked. Can't beat the location. You're in town so you can walk to everything. Great place! and that is why we keep coming back here when visiting White Bear Lake.
