Yellowstone Country Inn

We arrived a little before 9pm and they had trouble with the computers. Getting into our room we found that the little refrigerator had no freezer, which was a problem for us. I also tried contacting the office for extra pillows at 9:45 and got no response. Apparently the office closes early. The room was spacious but the bathroom had no fan and was extremely hot. The shower head was super high and not adjustable with little water pressure. It was just Ok, for one night, but we weren't sorry to move on.

- Not enough parking spaces. We had to park in the alley behind the shed for two nights. - There were no towel bars or hooks to hang towels. - There were no hangers or hooks to hang a jacket. - There were only four chairs in a room that could hold up to 8 guests. - The floors were filthy with dead bugs dirt and cob webs. - Doors and knows we're disgustingly dirty. - The drapes would not close completely. When attempting to close the gap a hook fell. I lifted the chair cushion to search for it and the chair was stuffed with trash, seeds and old food. - The ice machine was broken during our entire 4-night stay. - The hair dryer was melted and not usable. - The floor was uneven and squishy and carpet was worn and torn. - We could hear the guests in the room next door talking, even though they were not loud. - the porch by the office with four porch swings was pleasant.

Clean room

For coffee. And no coffee pots in rooms. Early tours and departure need asset.

Room was large, clean and bed was very comfortable. Entry way was not clean. Walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors. Nice sized fridge. Microwave in room as well.

The ice maker did not work the bathroom door drug on the bathroom floor. I ask for extra pillows and I was told I could only have one. The staff was very nice and helpful. But the motel is dated and to updated

Check in was seamless and easy. Staff was exceptional.

Our TV didn't work when we checked in. Someone came to work on it, but it never worked until we checked out the next morning.

The cleaning staff was friendly and room kept clean. Parking was congested so I had park away from the hotel, other wise everything was good. Hotel was closely located near the Yellowstone gate entry which was extremely helpful.

They come in and clean daily without having to request it like the Marriott or Hilton. When you come in your room smells fresh and clean. So if you are not picky about some outdated furnishings you will be comfortable. Location is great for Yellowstone entrance. The town has a lot of food choices.

Clean room and friendly staff

The stay was quite comfortable overall. The room was spacious and included a small table with two chairs. However, I would have appreciated a dedicated work desk and an ergonomic chair for working more comfortably.

The room smells bad, dirty rug, towels need to be changed thin, the AC bad doesn’t cooled properly. Need to be remodels.

Very basic room with no breakfast

This place wasn’t horrible…just very outdated. I booked it because it was a cheaper option. And West Yellowstone seems to be expensive, dinging the tourist going to Yellowstone.

The room was very clean.

Good option for the price. Clean, helpful staff, and necessary amenities. We stayed here at two separate times, and the bathroom in one of the rooms didn't have a towel bar or any hooks to hang our clothes on.

The location is the high point of this property: walking to restaurants and stores was easy! Room itself was nice and clean, although the bathroom really needed hooks for towels. The interior hallway heading to the second floor was filthy however, and the front desk will only give you less than one ice bucket per day per room of ice.
