The stay was overall good the only thing and is the reason why we didn’t leave the 5 stars is that the front desk is no 24 hrs and our last day we needed it to leave and we had to wait till 7 that is when front desk open to do the check out. But in location and for being a last minute booking it was a nice experience

A/C in the room actually quit working, we were taken care of very well though, we got a discount for breakfast and got set up in a different room, staff was A+ very attentive and polite

There Is no place to hang the towels in family room

Just OK. No major problems. Furniture, bathroom, and decor, including bedspreads were 1970-1980s era. Very basic budget hotel with no extra amenities. Window had a crack in it and looked like it had been that way for years. This would be a $60 a night motel in most towns, but Unfortunately in a town like West Yellowstone, they can charge triple that.

Small older hotel that was a good stay for the price. I was able to book the day before we needed it at a reasonable price for West Yellowstone. Room was clean and smelled really nice but had no amenities other than hand soap and shower gel. No hair dryer, coffee pot, or shampoo but we had all that with us. No usb ports but we had a cubes. Parking is very tight. We were in a large pickup truck and parked in a spot on the street right in front of hotel. Would stay here again for the price. Nothing opens in West Yellowstone until 7:00 am. Found one gas station open at 6:30 am to get ice. The Conoco.

The good thing about this was that it was downtown. Other than that, would not return.

Friendly front stuff, Room is clean, but the bed is very uncomfortable

Shopping was convenient, very close to Yellowstone national park.
