The staff was so kind and accommodating. 5 stars all around. Thank you.

The breakfast was one of the biggest disappointments. If you are expecting a generous and varied breakfast with bread, pastries, cakes, chocolate, croissants and plenty of choices, this is definitely not the place. The buffet was extremely limited: mainly a few vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers, some fruit and a few small croissants. There was no chocolate spread, and the yogurt was served in very small individual containers, with only a limited number available. Even more surprising, despite breakfast already being included in the price, you have to pay extra for a cappuccino. For a hotel of this category and with these prices, I expected a much higher level of service. The location is also not as central or convenient as we expected. If you are choosing this hotel thinking you will be right in the center of Los Angeles with everything easily accessible, this is something to keep in mind. The parking costs $75 per day, which I find extremely expensive, especially considering the already high cost of the stay. The double beds are also quite small by Italian standards. For us, they felt much more like a large single/queen size bed than a proper double bed. Unfortunately, I also noticed some issues with maintenance and cleanliness as you can see in the pics

Very satisfied all round
-
Because of the lack of sleep, I was unable to attend my planned activity the following day. When I complained again that morning, the hotel offered to remove the amenity fee. While that concession was appreciated, it did not compensate for a night without reasonable rest—the most basic service a hotel room should provide. At this price and service level, the hotel should have addressed the disturbance promptly or offered another room. I would not stay here again.

Excellent hotel
-
I would say this is a 3 star hotel not a 5 star hotel. The $45/night amenity fee is way overpriced and the $75/night valet is overpriced. The breakfast is a very basic continental breakfast that is just cereal, bread, and some fruits. I don’t think it’s worth the price charged on Expedia and other platforms.

The property in good location. Friendly staff. Only feedback would be to improve breakfast choices. Very limited choice and the same menu each day.

This hotel has a great location in North Hollywood, just off Sunset Boulevard, and the rooftop pool is excellent with a magnificent view of the city. Rooms are large and beds very comfortable.
