Residence Inn Providence Coventry

My complaint is with the bathroom lighting . The mirror is back lit. No overhead or side lights. It was ridiculous I had to keep sitting on the bed and use a small hand mirror of mine to put makeup on. Husband had a tough time shaving properly. 2nd..You should really fire who put those glass doors on the shower. There backwards. You have to open door on left..go into shower and turn the knob on the right side of the shower. You either get scalded or frozen as you have to totally go in turn knob and try to back up before water comes out. Impossible! Bad design.

When we arrived rooms were not available, but Christina helped is find a room, which was beautiful and convenient. We had a suite with a living room and kitchen area. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We swam in the pool, which was clean and refreshing. There were chairs and towels. There was a patio with an outdoor fire. In the morning there was a full breakfast offered. Finally, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great stay. Nothing

I like the room set up and my wife was satisfied.

Breakfast was on time and excellent. The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out. Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced.

I stayed for a weekend getaway and was looking for peace and comfort. I’m so happy to say that I received both at this property. My suite was so quiet and comfortable and also clean with updated kitchen and bathroom amenities that were very nice. Housekeeping was also very accommodating and kind as well as the front desk staff. I plan to book another stay here and highly recommended to anyone.

Everything, from check in to check out. The facility is super clean, the staff was super friendly and even the complimentary breakfast was great. The stay was excellent from start to finish. The rooms smelled clean and the pool area and lobby were exceptionally kept. I was really surprised at the service - excellent.
