It was a nice hotel. Wish the staff would have told us the pool was closed at the beginning of the stay. There’s not a lot of privacy in the bathrooms. It’s more of an open concept. Wasn’t a huge fan of having no bathroom door.

No breakfast, pool was not of use, due to maintenance. Staff was friendly. The bartender was great. Charged my credit card an extra $50. Was told for any incidentals. And was told it would be returned in 5 to 10 days. I didn't understand as to why they needed to do that. Maybe it's common practice. I don't know. Overall, I would stay again. But would hope the pool would be open.

bodywash, ran out of tissues, sink didn't drain. Asked multiple times for above without satisfaction. Housekeeping just didn't check. Room needed more hard surfaces for storing luggage.

Love staying at Aloft, this location is starting to look a little used but still nice.

It was a really nice room, I will say the pool area is quit small if you go there for that. The gym was nice and staff were really nice as well.

Great location in a nice little area if you are traveling I-75. There are restaurants, coffee shops and IKEA close by! Very clean room
