There were no tissues provided, just 1 soap, no coffee maker, no complimentary breakfast, and very dated bathroom.

Very basic, but clean and fairly quiet. The bed was comfy, my dog was welcome, and the front desk person was very kind.perfect for a quick overnight when the kids’ house is full.

The staff of this location are one of the most Best! Close to many stores which to me was very convenient walking distance to everything. When I go to Wenatchee I’m staying here for sure

The manager was nice, not the owners. They were definitely trying to extra deposits from people. $100 cash deposit? Bed was a hard as a rock, shower was falling apart, AC didn't turn down, and worst of all the toilet was broken and they had no other rooms available.

The drains were clogged and water backed up in the sink & the tub. Needs renovation. The bed was clean, but the floor needed more attention. Okay for the price.

Everything was good the bed could have been firmer because I like a firm bed The swimming pool could have been clean. It was full of leaves and the bed could have been firmer.

Nothing. The manager’s unhelpfulness was extreme. The AC didn’t work well (“That’s not possible!”), the fridge door seal was not connected to the door (“It’s ok!”), the fridge freezer poured water on the floor (“It’s not ours, we rent it”). The bed was lumpy, the pillows hard, the vinyl peeling off the room’s floor, the pool empty…We left ASAP.

Owner asking me for my PIN for my credit card. When I refused then he allowed me into the front office. Will I go there again? More likely not.

The floors were very dirty. Left my feet black. Tweakers living in the room below me. Height of tunnel to parking lot very poorly marked. Beware if you have a tall vehicle or carrying kayaks or bikes.

It was where I needed to be. Location for me was good. Well I arrived and it was hotter then heck inside. Took a while to cool it off. There was no coffee setup inside room. Coffee in the office wasn’t ready till 530(?) according to the staff. The tub was clogged. Meaning you had to stand in your dirty water and whoever else’s from previous stays. The tub also has a major leak so after shower you stand in a puddle on the floor. A major puddle. Show nozzle had a singe stream. After a day of trail running this is the nastiest to come back to. A hot shower was why I didn’t camp for the two days and instead booked a room. Will not book again.
