Our first small room had a stopped up bathtub that slowly drained onto the whole bathroom floor and soaked my luggage. So….we had to change rooms. Rooms were very small and overpriced. In addition to the overpriced rooms, we had to pay a $200 parking fee to park in their own underground garage. Maybe this is the norm in DC but not where I come from.

The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was simple and comfortable, although nothing particularly stood out. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it was an average experience.

Great location! Breakfast buffet was a plus! Amazing staff! Clean rooms. Parking charge of $53 a day seems excessive. Especially since the lot is owned by the hotel.

It was rather close to the city center and sightseeing attractions. We really enjoyed the pool on the roof. The breakfast lacked vegetables. The extra bed (sofa bed) quite noisy when moving on it.

This place, I didnt like the staff. Only one person was helpful. Felt like the parking was not where they told me. So confusing. STRESSED me out with one way streets and parking.

Room was not clean upon arrival. There as hair all in the shower. The room also had a bad smell. Will not be staying here again.

Smooth check in, room was ready when we arrived ( we had requested a little early check-in time) room was very nice ( looked just like the online listing ) very comfortable King bed , on-site store with self checkout was great, had a good selection of items ,all of the staff we encountered was friendly, rooftop pool was clean and refreshing, you can even order food from the Johnny Rockets inside the hotel to be brought to the pool area , will definitely stay again next time we are in DC.
