The living room on the second floor that has free coffee 24/7. The free filtered water and water bottle machines are great. The location is prime for tourists. The staff was extraordinary. Profession. Friendly. Awesome place

Close proximity to where I needed to go 1. Charging my card for "incidentals" which they have yet to reimburse since all I did was check in, sleep and shower the next morning 2. They don't tell you they will be charging you for "incidentals" until after you have booked and checked in 3. No complimentary breakfast- you are told to go across the street to get a "disxount" at a high priced bagel cage that doesn't even amount to 5% discount. 4. Shower set up is asinine: shower curtain isn't long enough to keep water from going out into the bathroom area. 5. Guest services seemed to be annoyed that I was checking in around midnight due to a flight delay. They kept reminding me that if I didn't turn in my room key at checkout I would be charged for 'incidentals" 6. The fan and a/c would not cool below 72°F no matter what setting you choose. 7. The windows are so thin that you literally hear all the traffic and riff raff of local gangbangers hanging out at the bus stop at 1 am making all sorts of noise

The hotel has a great location. It is spacious and comfortable overall I was not happy with the mattress, as it was not very comfortable. Also, the sheets had some stains, which was disappointing

Hotel was perfect, and the price was excellent. The hotel was quiet and clean… HOWEVER, I am convinced that police, ambulance, and fire truck sirens are an all-day and all-night occurrence around here. 😂🚔🚑🚒
