Homewood Suites by Hilton Providence/Warwick

Really enjoyed our stay here.

The plus side to this hotel was the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the common areas of the property were clean and the included breakfast was as expected. The downside to this property was the hot tub only had one working jet and tiles on the wall/window around the hot tub were loose and falling off. Our room could have been cleaner. We questioned if the sheets had even been changed from the prior guest, the air conditioning vents were filthy and the carpet not vacuumed. After checking out I got an additional charge for $10 on my card without any explanation or reason. I was happy my stay was for only one night.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty and there were pubic hairs left in the sheets, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.The room also smelled terrible like wet, dirty mop water mixed with the smell of pets. The odor was so strong I couldn't breath to to my asthma that it made the room very uncomfortable to stay in. The overall cleanliness was nowhere near what you would expect from a hotel. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet that standard at all. I would not recommend staying here unless management seriously addresses these cleanliness and odor issues.

Adam was pretty great at the front desk. The manager doing the meetings in the morning was fabulous and the breakfast was really solid can’t complain on the stay.

Stayed for just over a week in a suite. Staff always friendly and helpful. Didn't use in-suite cooking facilities. Plenty of breakfast options to start the day.

Solid breakfast: clean rooms and nice staff.

The cushion pillow covers and curtains were all really dirty. We had requested for a crib for our baby. The mattress of the first crib was completely out of shape, so we ordered another one. The second one we got was a Graco Pack n Play - but the mattress was SO SO SO DIRTY. Luckily, I had a mattress sheet that I had taken and I also had disinfectant wipes, so i was able to use that crib. I can never imagine outting my baby down in that dirty mattress. So poorly maintained rooms. And despite specifically requesting for the room to be cleaned on the next day, they did not do it. The staff are friendly but what's the use if you don;t get what you need, even the basic ones!

Door lock/key card works sporadically, toilet stopper needs repair, parking lot can get full

Rooms were spacious but needed updating. I also felt like they could’ve been a lot cleaner. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

This hotel was amazing! All the amenities were so fun for my boys!It has a courtyard with Basketball, an indoor pool & hot tub! My dogs were very comfortable during the stay. The breakfast was wonderful!!!! My family loved the taco bar and how it was switched up a little every day! I only have one small complaint, the doggie bags are back by the dumpster and if you’re in a room up front you may not see that. There was a lot of poop in the corner up front because there was no bags accessible. 10⭐️

Great location, affordable and great amenities The first room we went into smelled like dog, as dog owners we understand about bringing ur pets but also where does that extra 125$ go towards if you aren’t getting the dog smell out? They immediately put us in another room and that was great but when I was in the bathroom I noticed stains on the wall. They were easily missed splotches but still off putting.

The staff, rooms, breakfast, outdoor was all orderly & clean. I enjoyed my quiet stay. I will return one day.

When my home burned up last week, I needed a comfortable place to stay for an unknown period and my first thought, Homewood Suites. It was the right choice for this traumatized family. My cats are safe here too. Room is clean and comfortable. The kitchenette makes longer stays easier and the all important “door” for a little bit of privacy for our teenager. The pool and hot tub are lovely and my boys have enjoyed a big hot breakfast every day. The staff is helpful and friendly - even dealing with stressed out Moms like me. I have stayed for pleasure and comfort on vacations before, but knowing who to call after a fire? This hotel is affordable and luxurious for all of my family’s needs and I couldn’t be more satisfied. We have stayed here many times before and we will stay here again. Homewood Suites got it right. Thank you Ryan and the entire staff at the Warwick Homewood Suites.
