The lobby and elevator floors were often wet from guests coming in from the pool, which made the area feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The elevator also had no air conditioning, making it very hot and stuffy. Only two towels were provided in the room, and we had to go to the front desk to request additional towels. More importantly, when we asked for an extra blanket, we were told that none were available because the hotel was fully booked. This was very disappointing. Being fully booked should not mean the hotel cannot provide basic necessities such as an extra blanket when a guest needs one. A hotel should be adequately prepared with sufficient linens and basic supplies for the number of guests it accepts. The front desk staff also had a very unfriendly and unhelpful attitude when responding to our request. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The hotel needs to improve the accuracy of its room descriptions, preparation of basic amenities, cleanliness around the pool area, and especially customer service.

We booked a room with two queens and a pull out couch so we’d have enough places for everyone to sleep but when we got there we were told they had given all those rooms away and we had no choice but to buy a second room. So we did and the second rooms AC didn’t even work. Plus we were told we’d get a discount or rebate when the manager got in the next day and never did. Terrible experience.

Our key was deactivated halfway through our stay and we needed to wait behind 5 other angry guests to get it resolved because of how understaffed they were. Stay away!

Clean room, thanks

The in room coffee machine didn't work and no coffee in the lobby. Bathroom full of mold including the vent that didn't work. The in room sprinkler room was full of rust. And the furniture looked as if hadn't been dusted in months. We didn't feal safe and only stayed one night. I pre-paid for room for three nights through Exedia, now I have to figure out how to get my money back. With all this being said the staff was great but never a manager around. I am not blaming Exedia, but they need to know

You charged two raters. Still hasn’t been fixed. Double billing equates to fraud. One night is now costing almost $500. So wrong and criminal. At check out, the man at the front desk said it would be handled. It has not.
-
Ant in room, lots of broken things in the room, dirty wall, trash never picked up
-
The staff was lovely and responsive. Our rate included breakfast yet there was no breakfast served. The bathroom had hair in the sink and tub. There were also ants in the bathroom.
-
Front desk was unnecessarily unkind. Staff never answers the phone so have to go down to ask for things like extra towels, TP, etc. Bathroom smelled like mildew from the shower curtain. No lotion provided. Should be downgraded to a 2 star. Def should not be a Marriott.

I found the hotel fine and it has decent amenities. The cleaning staff was excellent.

the bathroom floor was dirty and the tub had lots of dirt. the lamp shades were all crooked as-well as the curtain for the balcony. the manager was also very rude due to her not knowing the check in age policy which was very frustrating. 2/10 from me.
-
When I reserved the place Booking said that breakfast was included. It turned out it was included only for ONE guest. This is weird bc clearly there were two people in the reservation.

Quick to get in No food/breakfast

This hotel worst

location was the only good part they did not tell you the bar/restaurant/breakfast amenities were not available, yet we paid for them, also the market was mostly bare shelves, there was one staff member working which meant long waits to check in or ask a question and when we checked in at 6pm there was NO housekeeping, so when we needed sheets for the pull out sofa we only had the one staff member to wait for

This place was just meh, at best. We tried calling down to the front desk a few times and no one ever answered. Then when I went down to ask my question, the guy was outside smoking both times. A/C in lobby was not working so miserable down there. Little snack shop was out of almost everything. Nothing outrageous, just annoying to deal with after traveling all day and wanting to rest.

Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

We booked a king bed but the hotel assigned us two double beds. The person at check in was very helpful in fixing the mistake.
-
crappy balcony - barely big enough for the two chairs and overlooks the parking lot.
