Great hotel but if you say breakfast is until 10 you can have the lady say last call at 9:30 and no pancakes available anymore at 9:30

I would go back again for another stay

Once I entered the room, I was hit with the aroma of sweat. I didn't smell any cleaning supplies, even though the hotel staff told me that the room had just been cleaned. Thebroom was very warm too. It took me a day to get rid of that smell. Furthermore, I decided to extend my stay for one more day. I called the front desk from my room the day before check-out to update them on the change with my reservation. The hotel staff told me that I could stay in the same room and everything was fine. The next day, I am met with a phone call from the front desk after eleven asking if I am checking out. I told them I updated my stay the day before, but somehow there was a communication gap. Maybe an hour later, the hotel staff knocked on my door, asking if I was checking out. I found it hard to believe that I had confirmed all my info and made the payment a day earlier, yet they overlooked it.

The hotel was great! It was very clean, staff was very helpful and genuinely very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Very helpful staff and clean rooms

Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good, but better signage needed for the food, was unmarked so you had to guess the ingredients. Room was clean, bed comfortable, but bathroom not as clean. The pool was definitely not clean, and the super bright lighting in the pool area made it less than relaxing.

Expedia failed to provide cancellation procedures. I tried to unbook this room and was told by Hampton Inn that it's a matter for Expedia. I've lost payment for 2 nights

It was a wonderful stay and we were impressed with the hotel along with the cleanliness. There is only one issue. All the items we put into the refrigerator froze. We contacted the front desk and were told to lower the settings. We did that and the next day the items we put in were again frozen. Not a big deal for us but you need to be aware of that.

I was very impressed with everything about our stay. All Staff were friendly and helpful and cheerful with a shout out to the breakfast lady Yvette for nicely cooked food and warm fun personality and Robert on front desk who went above and beyond to help us with train transport options. Everything in this hotel was fresh, well maintained and spotless. Clear instructions to exits.Wished I could have stayed longer. Best layout of hotel room, comfy beds, roomy bathroom, excellent iron, nice gym, great laundry, even floor coverings throughout hotel were well thought out. Great lighting etc. I could go on. I don't know who designed this place but everything was so thoughtfully done and well laid out.

Great property. It was good and I would stay there again. The bed was hard and uncomfortable to me which is why the deduction of one star.

My room just had a stench to it. The staff did try to accommodate me and change my room, but the room was smaller. They did apologize and gave me some air freshener. Other than that I love this hotel❤️
