Clean room, very well done. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good . Parking was very good.

Staff was very friendly. The place was clean and it was a good location.

Room was clean and the pool was as well.

The pool They said I could check in early but had to wait two hours for my room past the check in time

The sheets are THIN I do not like the way the bed is made. Front desk a bit challenging to my complaints to not receiving maid service. Because I booked by 3rd. party (Expedia) have to jump through hoops to get any discount. The room phones don’t work so you have to call front desk by your own cell phone.

Not very well insulated. Could hear people next door like they were right in the room. And breakfast only runs till 9am. Ten am would be better

It was decent no complaints

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our AC wasn’t turning on and the gentleman from front desk came and helped us out. The rooms are nice, cold, and clean just like we like it and we enjoyed our stay!

It was a great stay. I would definitely stay again.

Only thing I would change would be shower head was ok for me but a female with longer/thicker hair would definitely have a hard time with the weak, not powerful shower head, it can be adjusted for a more powerful massage type of setting but it then limits the water to just a few jets. I was also not happy with pre paying for my 3 night stay, upon check in the front desk clerk wanted me to pay another $50.00 fee for security deposit, which I had no knowledge of the charge, should include it in the price of the reservation, or state the fee will need to be paid in visible site instead of small writing at bottom of page.

Great stay

I arrived. The oool was also dirty and ooorly maintained.

We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. Bed was unmade. Was able to switch room but really no excuse for that.

I enjoyed the services......hot tub was awesome.....but there was no streaming service available...so you only had a selected choice of TV channels.... so it was somewhat of an inconvenience.... I was there for about a week...i didn't have a chance to enjoy the breakfast amenities...my home was being renovated and I worked third shift so I was to early for breakfast time...I did ask for some soy milk for cereal but I was given a roundabout answer so I gave up...ding for that one!... overall it was a decent stay...
