Liked beachaccess , location to access area, staff friendly and helpful.

The balcony was everything- the beach view, the room was very nice.

The hotel was excellent. Customer service was great

While I understand the hotel is pet friendly, there were dogs everywhere, even in the food areas. Way too much for me. The front desk staff was not rude, however they were not friendly or approachable. The exception was the young man that helped us when we checked out. He was friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness. The staff On Friday the DJ night was catered to the DJs friends.

Wonderful stay

Great beach view and access. Awesome staff very kind. Nice large balcony. Room was clean linens needed help. Maintenance of pool area also not great. New pool menus, power washing pool deck and common area new or better washing of linens would be my suggestion for the future. I won’t be returning but this is a psa to future guests.

Just don’t get a room over the poolside-it can be noisy.

Hotel is quiet and walking distance from the beach . The only advice I will give is that you should be vocal to the staff if you need anything while staying here. Overall a very nice hotel and close to the beach.

Great location and service

The staff kept the hallways to rooms clean at all times. Very friendly.

The layout of the room was so perfect and it flowed so nicely!! The phones were wonky but when i actually got to talk to staff they were all so lovely.

In addition, this place seems to attract a remarkably well-mannered clientele: no loud music, no slamming doors, just people having a lovely vacation. I will definitely be back

The size of the room was great and the view was nice. The elevators were a bit wonky and took 5 minutes to reach the floor to get us but small inconvenience compared to the overall stay
