Outdated bathroom. Beat up room doors/doorways. Poor breakfast options. No soundproofing

The handicapped room was not what was expected. It had a shower bench but required stepping over the tub to get into it. Typically it is a walk in shower unit I am used to. Also, the toilet was not seat height, it was low but did have bars. The handicapped parking was available but the ramp is blocked by the cars in the handicapped parking spot. The ramp or ramps should be between spots not in the actual parking spot making them useless. The only other ramp near the hotel door had a 2-3 inch lifted concrete spot making it difficult for wheelchairs.

The breakfast was minimal but good. The pool and hot tub were fine. The building was old but kept up. Not as quiet as we might have liked.

The room was filthy, smudges on the door, bathroom sink and tub filthy and not draining, it’s not worth every hard earned money. You can also hear the other guests' intimate moments in the middle of the night and it's inappropriate for our son. The breakfast are just carbs unlike other Quality Inns I’ve been to.

Room was absolutely brilliant. Stayed 2 nights. Beds comfortable as. Room was great everthing in working order. Loved it. No smells of pot around property which we had experienced at many other hotels/motels/Inn throughout our stay in USA. Food outlets just next door. So convenient. Recommend Vietnamese and pizza place. Indoor pool and spa. Fantastic. Great way to finish day. Had a washing machine and dryer in a laundry that was accessible, $2-2.50 to use. Room wasn't serviced in out 2 night stay. In Australia that is a thing. Parking great, safe and close to entry point. Close to highways but no noise impact. Would highly recommend. Just wish we could have stayed longer.
