Clean cheap place. Hot tub was perfect temperature.

Reason for 4 out of 5 was the lady checking us in seemed to not have a clue about our reservation or what to do.

Decent for the price.... clean room

Great stay

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was a great price for what you get. Pool area was clean and always had fresh towels. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Rooms were a bit dated but clean. Unfortunately for me all my pillows were worn out.. other than that it was a great stay

My room appeared clean, but upon closer ins0ection, it most definitely was not. Found an acrylic press on nail (used) under the chair, the toilet had pee all splashed under the lid. You can tell it was just lightly wiped down - not actually cleaned properly. I am a clean freak and cleaned the shower before using it, and the washcloth was dingy/discolored after I cleaned it.

Clean rooms and the hot tub was relaxing after a long day. Nothing fancy, but what we needed for the night.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice and courteous. What I didn't like was the pillow bed. Not very good or comfortable for people with bad backs or other disorders. But a very pleasant stay Thank You

A great price for a clean room and very good location. Beds were comfy, lots of channels on TV, easy to get in and out of downtown TC and to the bay access points.

Too many dogs barking at the one end of the hotel. One dog would bark, and that would set off another dog, and then another, and then my dog would bark. I think it would have been better to have the dogs spread out in the hotel, and not all at one end, so the dogs wouldn’t set each other off. In general the hotel was old and could use some updating. The hotel was clean, with the exception that our bathroom floor had a lot of very tiny ants crawling around. Did not eat at the buffet either morning, so can’t speak to that. Location was convenient, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean room. Noisy doors closing..dog barking. Marijuana smell outside. Fair breakfast.

There is not a person at the front desk all the time. We have to call someone and she was cleaning a room at the time so we had to wait to just check in. Every time we needed something from the front desk we had to call and wait for them to come. Breakfast was not that good. I decided on cereal thinking that was a decent bet but it was stale. Milk was in a carafe rather than individual cartons, I didn't find that very sanitary

MY STAY WAS WONDERFUL NICE CLEAN ROOM COMFORTABLE BED EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT I WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN.
-
Bathroom fixtures / shower were a little older but nothing wrong with them- flooring, bedding everything else newer and clean - basic continental breakfast with pastries, cereals, bagels , fruit, Yogurt and juice and coffee
-
Lovely place, would stay again and refer friends.

I reserved this hotel because the photos and reviews looked good. Upon arrival it was NOT what was advertised. Its right next to a creepy, cheap motel. There was a half naked man outside smoking and inside, it was humid, smelled of smoke and animals and there were people yelling up and down the hallways. The lobby was also dark and sketchy feeling. Once we got into the room it was dark and not welcoming. You could hear the people in the next rooms clearly. While the linens looked clean, the mattress was a dark color and there was no bedbug barrier on the mattress (Red flag!). We left without staying and I am waiting for a refund.

The maids need to quit Letting the door slam on that metal rod I know they don't wanna shut the doors all the way because they're cleaning the room. But they can prop it open with something because they slam, slam ,slam. Very disruptive.

If you’re trying to show off or stay somewhere fancy, move along. If you’re looking for a budget friendly stay that won’t break the bank but will be clean and comfortable, you found it. It’s not fancy but the amenities (pool and hot tub) are nice and clean. Our room was tidy and the beds were soft. I’ve stayed in fancier places that were not as clean. Breakfast is basic but there’s something for everyone. The gal at the front desk was friendly but not fake. She checked me in quickly and gave a wave when we saw her. We didn’t need anything during our stay but I felt that if we did it would not have been an issue. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and lotion were provided and they were nice. Good stay.
