Hot Springs Hotel and Spa

There was a lot good about this hotel. The location (We enjoyed the Bison and Hot Springs kPark, a short distance away.) I also enjoyed the Hot Springs Feed Hot Tub. So some verry nice features. Most of those in my group prefer a firmer bed. These wern't bad but I prefer firmer. No elevator. In all fairness they tell you that before you book. Still it turned out to be a very long walk. I would have paid the extra $20.00 per room if I had known what a PITA that was going to be. (Still the person at the front desk carried all our luggage up for us.) The breakfast was also pretty good. I would stay there again.

Nice warm hot tub

We didn't actually stay because the property was very run done and had black mold in the bathroom. The owner has said they would refund the money but, they haven't yet.

Had a family weekend this summer. So got three kingsize rooms. All were comfortable. The beds were actually really comfy and pillows just right for me. The other two rooms reported they were fine. For the most part everything was clean. Our room nightstands were not wiped from previous customers and thebathroom counter also hadn't been wiped down. two of the room AC units worked supberly, ours seemed to struggle but we were ok. d

Very nice place. Natural mineral water in the hot tub. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Good breakfast and lots of room in the breakfast area. Hard working staff and just a very nice place to stay for 3 nights. I would stay there again.

Room was clean. Staff were EXCELLENT except the female bartender on Friday and Saturday. the other staff went above and beyond. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Breakfast was ok. Safari restaurant had good food. Staff was very nice.

We arrived when the temp was 105 degrees and none of the rooms had the air conditioning on making it hard to cool down. There was not enough staff to run the restaurant and bar. Not enough food on the buffet and it was cold. There were lots of tables that never got cleaned off because there was only one worker. Rooms need to be updated.

Okay spot for a quick night. Pretty expensive for what the hotel has to offer.

Everything was pretty dingy, worn and not that clean. Definitely did not look like the photos online. Beds looked like they were from ikea and you could feel every spring in the mattress. Restaurant was disgusting. Would not stay here again.

Restaurant and bat didn't open one night. It's a full service hotel?

Mattress in room 109 was far past replacement time! Restaurant seemed to only have one person doing everything. Buffet was poor. Chicken dried out. Dessert (cake) old and dry. Serious issues here. Wes at front was very nice, the only positive. Room was clean.

We had a very delicious dinner in the Safari Club. Our server Kenny was very conscientious and friendly . The hotel is in a lovely location. We would definitely stay there again

Really could benefit from elevators.

Very clean & the hot tub was great

Location was great, staffed were friendly and helpful. Property undergoing ownership changes and not quite as advertised. Some of the nearby businesses closed to litigation with the state so that was a bit disappointing. Hiking and biking trails very convenient to this location. Restaurant /lounge on site and hot springs tub which was nice. Complimentary breakfast was great.

Hotel restaurant was absolutely wonderful and service couldn’t have been better
