• they post notices everywhere - which is classless and always a bad sign. Obviously, any issues you encounter are now your fault because 'look at the signs' • the rooms are not clean. MULTIPLE reviews for over two years complaining about room cleanliness, however staff just says 'were sorry for your experience - we will try to do better ' and proceeds to do nothing. • bugs in rooms. Again, staff tries to excuse this with 'we are in a high desert and pests are difficult to control', however the number of cobwebs on the exposed beams in the ceilings and cobwebs and nests outside are evidence that the facility is simply not maintained properly. I am not your exterminator - yet i killed multiple spiders in my room, and afterward read multiple complaints of the same problem. • ceiling of rooms are the floorboards of above rooms, creating noise issues. Again, this is brushed off as 'historic charm', but this can be remedied with *proper* remodeling instead of sloppy patchwork jobs. You are in the commercial hospitality business, not the home-flipping business - you have to do an acceptable job, or you will fall apart. • speaking of terrible remodeling job, the carpet is ran up the walls as a baseboard, which is super nifty because it starts to pull off of the walls and collects all manner of dirt and guns in the seams. Super gross. Unacceptable, and very disappointed that I used my hard-earned expedia rewards on this stay.

Getting dated. Power outlets too loose to use.

Always love staying here when I’m Taos.

We stayed for only one night , my girls enjoyed the pool, the hotel restaurant looks like a good choice for dinner .

Our first room the door window was open from housekeeping before us, and there were fresh rat droppings in the room. The hotel could use a little maintenance to patch up some holes.

There were bugs and spiders in the room.

Room was outdated,tv was broken and no light fixtures on lights over the bed

This place has the potential to be a really nice place, but there is charm & there is neglect. The Sagebrush is definitely neglected. The pictures online are not what you get. I didn’t get a hot or even warm shower the whole weekend. The pool which was supposed to be heated was not. The toilet ran the whole time & the fridge had background noise. The balcony was rotted with nails coming up. The staff was unfriendly & unhelpful. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Space, location, price Aged

The hot water didn’t work at all and the staff was extremely rude and dismissive of complaints even though we spent over a thousand on three rooms to stay.

Well, to be fair, we stayed in the historic Sagebrush Inn right off the courtyard and it was very unclean and a lot of bugs in the room and spiders! The bathtub plug didn't work and there was hair all over the wall in the bathroom. It just was pretty gross feeling as far as that goes. On the plus side, it was quiet and the king-size bed we had was very comfortable.

Everything was great and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Ran out of coffee in the coffee bar at 8:30 am . Was offered extra packets to make coffee in room. The coffee pot in the room was very dirty and nasty. Needless not say we never got any coffee. No ice in the ice machine.

Our room was nice with lots of space.. love the little living room... staff was nice and friendly... the hot tub was nice and big.. no breakfast, but it was ok... we had breakfast in town...i would love to go back and stay in one of your executive rooms with a hot tub... the atmosphere on the property was beautiful. I got to walk around and smoke in the morning, while my family was getting ready...

Not approve this area,especially for seniors. The replacement room was just OK, especially for the rate that was charged. Other members of the family had nicer accommodations in Taos for less money

Classic construction 1930s. Vigas in the ceilings beautiful. Very comfortable beds. Awesome breakfast options. Very reasonable prices for the area. Dinner bar nice large construction with tall wooden ceilings and vigas live music at night. Good bar drinks and supper menu. Large steak and eggs for breakfast.

The place by itself.

Room had a grimy low pile commercial carpet that made us where house shoes while inside. We stayed in the old historic building and enjoyed the pueblo stylings but the lights inside were harsh white led bulbs which did not match the interior. Old bed that you just sink into that came with two and half pillows. Went to the pool and it was closed during its open hours with no explanation from the front desk. Fitness center has a cable machine, a punching bag and a bike machine.
