Newley renovated. The pool deck and outside dining areas are well done. The immediate pool area is nice but with the general public now able to purchase day passes, the pool is absolutely not big enough. Think pool on a cruise ship and you will understand. Staff are accommodating, and genuinely nice. The restaurant for lunch and dinner were challenging. At the time we visited nearly 60% of the small and limited menu was unavailable. We had to choose items that we were not initially interested but the plates came out well dressed and were very good, however, it wasn’t what we truly wanted. The staff was very accommodating regarding the situation and took care of us well. We had breakfast in the dining room and the menu had many options, all available. Everything we ordered was very good. We had a connecting room where you could hear the neighbors very clearly and it did interfere with our sleep, however, if you had a single room it would be very quiet as was the rest of the hotel. You couldn’t hear anything in the hallways or other areas of the hotel. Overall, if we weren’t interested in the pool and if the menu was available we would stay here again. It’s our preference to have a private pool so if you don’t mind that it is a nice place to stay.

Absolutely one of my favorite hotels in Tampa. The addition of the pool was fantastic. It’s a short 6 min ride to the hotel. We will be returning soon!

Location is absolutely beautiful, so convenient off the highway. The renos at the hotel were lovely. My only complaint were the super thin walls, lets just say I could have done without the noises next door.

For those of you that enjoy upscale hotels this is a good one. We reserved the bay view room with 2 queen beds. Everything was comfortable and clean, the view was gorgeous and the staff very helpful and polite. This location is close to everything - great restaurants like Bahama Breeze, mall shopping and Seminole Hard Rock Casino. I have always enjoy staying at the Westin Hotels.

My entire stay was fantastic. The employees were very helpful and accommodating. The room had a wonderful view of the bay, which i enjoyed every morning.

I’ve stayed at a different Westin before so I know the hotel would be amazing. The staff at check in was so helpful, and everyone from the cleaning staff, wait staff, and in between were fantastic. I actually cried when I got in my car to leave because I had the best time.
