Very comfortable.

Great place to stay if you are going to Busch gardens. There is very limited amount of food options if you do not have a car so be prepared.

the room was clean, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast bar was excellent!!....alot of variety of things to eat on it...the bed was clean and cozy!!! the pool was great!!

This is a great place where you can stay everything was clean nice people and staff feel like a home

The only thing good about this property was the coffee.

Very nice and affordable place for a short stay, especially if you are visiting Moffitt outpatient center. Good breakfast included.

People smoking at pool and up until 1am at pool. No quiet hours. AC units in room make giant thudding noises when they turn off. Startled us and woke us up during night. Restaraunt and bar on site permanently closed.

Bugs in the room, staff was quite unhelpful for disabled guests. If you arrive after hours it’s essentially not accessible. They lock the gate to get to handicap parking and have a very long walk through 3 sections of the hotel and a courtyard to get to the accessible room.

Very old property in need of a total remodel in the rooms. No decaf coffee. Breakfast was very limited. For the most part staff don’t speak English.

I would stay there again. Breakfast was great.

The location is best feature. The property was descent and staff friendly. However, they didn't seem to return for cleaning in the evening. We were in the room late and no one cleaned even though sign was on the door. Also the breakfast was lackluster.

I you are traveling to Bush Garden this is the hotel to stay. Very nice place, excellent location and shuttle service, good breakfast and customer service. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice place perfectly situated for a trip to Busch Gardens and its water park as well as USF and Moffett.

Clean spacious rooms with all the basic necessities for a suite and lovely ambience, and very close to all nearby attractions. Fresh breakfast fun and friendly staff. Wewill definitely come back.

Room was clean, pool was great. Check in staff was the least personable I've ever encountered. Not rude, but definitely not friendly. Clearly didn't want to be there & didn't want to speak to anyone.
