No tissues in room terrible!! The lomg term families.smoking at every hour of the day out front are a bit off putting but the hotel really can't control that

Very happy and will be back next year

There is no breakfast as indicated in the original reservation advertisement. There were many guests on the morning of august 28 thinking that their booking included breakfast. As did we.

Room was clean. Parking easy and convenient

Self-service check-in was a new experience. The hotel is brand new, so it is in great conditions as of Aug 2026. We only stayed one night, but the hotel is for long stays with a mini-kitchen. However, for such purpose, you will need to purchase the tools for cooking or bring them yourself, which is different from other long-stay chains.

Very clean and easy check in

Hotel had no blow dryers in the room or that you could borrow from the front desk. Had to check out with a wet head of hair. Also did not even have tissues in the bathroom which should be included in a hotel stay. Will not stay here again

Great room for a good price

Nice sized clean room with kitchenette. LVP floors, nice shower, good laundry facilities. Lacking basic amenities. We were shorted a set of towels and it took two days of nagging to get it. The hall smells horrible.

no breakfast! Coffee machine in lobby broken during stay. Did not even know when or if would be fixed. No coffee mugs in room. So couldn't even make my own coffee in room, and no suitable cups at front desk. Other dishes, glasses and utensils were adequate. Refrigerator in my room did not work, ( so some of my food I had to throw away). Took 3 days to have it looked at. Entire stay refrigerator did not work. Had to use personal cooler. Not a big issue, but annoying, as fitted sheet kept coming off the bed, because elastic on corners were worn. Despite above challenges, I would stay there again. The staff were pleasant and addressed my concerns. In addition it was clean and comfortable and good location for me.

Nice and new place. Large room with kitchen. Shower had shampoo and body wash dispensers.

It was new and clean. There was people outside the front doors every day all day, smoking cigarettes. They were hanging around the front door every time I came in/out the door. Made coming in and out of the building uncomfortable.

It had a strange odor

Property was very clean and always smelled clean. Maintenance man was rude , smelled like smoke.If it wasn’t for the assistant manager, I would have asked for a refund and would have stay a week elsewhere.

We had a very pleasant stay, everything was very clean, felt updated and new. Breakfast was above average and kept clean. Room was very spacious! we didn't use all the amenities, but there were a lot to choose from if needed. Would absolutely stay here again, especially for the price.
