Room was clean but smelled pretty bad. No hair-dryer. Not really quiet.

Room was very bare. Bed and pillows were hard but not uncomfortable. Room had a damp smell, the bed felt damp, and we woke up feeling damp. Carpet turned our feet black from dirt. One of the toilet paper rolls had a visible stain on it. Sink and bathtub are past their prime but functional. Latch lock on door was broken. We stayed for 1 night and that was enough. It's a place to lay your head. Could smell weed smoke in the middle of the night. No breakfast provided.

it's a simple place to stay in a pinch..no frills at...no iron or ironing board in the room...tub had rust stains..no elevator so I would ask for first floor room...front desk woman was very nice and helpful...but for the price its great

I messaged the hotel that I was arriving at 10:30 after they messaged me that checkout ended at midnight. The listing claims a 24 hour check-in desk. Not! When I arrived I was greeted by a locked up hotel with a buzzer. A felt like a peddler on the street asking for handouts. After I buzzed it was a little while someone showed up at the window asking what I wanted. I said I had a reservation. No real reply ( I think I woke him up) but he indicated a side door that I was to go thru. So he let me in and I got checked in but I wouldn’t say I felt welcome. What ever happened to the “hospitality industry”? This is a bare bones hotel by design. Might be common in some countries but not what is expected in the USA. If all you care about is a bed and a shower, this is your place but I wouldn’t pay very much for your room. You’ll be disappointed.

I was in Lake Charles for a family reunion, I didn’t want to be too close to everyone, being it was July 4 weekend fireworks a lot of kids so I stayed in Sulphur, it was very peaceful The property was very clean , but the room was cold, not inviting, their was no bed side lamps, so you only lights were overhead, there was no coffee pot in the room, thank god I had brought my own, sometimes I don’t want what they serve and from what I saw for two days no breakfast was served, I asked for and early check in, 2 pm, they kept saying based on availability, or they will see what they could do, when I checked in at 4 pm there was only 1 car in the lot the hotel looked as if I was the only one staying there on that Friday July 3 and your telling me you couldn’t accommodate a 2 o’clock check in?! Seriously , mind you I requested 3 days prior, and extra towels that I were not there, the only mirror was in the bathroom

Nobody else in the hotel was very clean and well-kept. A great value for the money. We would definitely stay there again
