The room was clean hah pleanty of room. The staff was very helpful upgrading our room to first floor when my wife could not do steps. We had to leave early because my wife had a medical emergency to hospital and I left my phone in room and they were very helpful in getting it back.

This hotel is under new management and has been recently renovated. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also offer a free breakfast that was very much appreciated by the guests. I recommend this hotel for all these reasons plus, it is family friendly price wise. The town and surrounding areas are beautiful with many things to see and do.

Breakfast didn't have knives for waffles and ran out of orange juice the second day, but other than that it was acceptable.

Front desk attendant was nice and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff was so so so polite.

We were 3 hours after check in and our room was clearly not clean (beds not made and towels on floor, garbage full etc.) We were patient and they said would be cleaned within 20 min. It wasn't clean after an 1.5 hrs so we decided to go to new hotel at 10 pm at night with 4 kids. Very unfortunate.

I like that it was pet friendly. The outside was well kept, but our room was dirty. Sinks drained very slow. The breakfast only had eggs and bagels and a few other items.... no bacon or sausage. The staff were all friendly.

Breakfast was just ok. They served the same items every day. If you're staying several days it gets boring. There were many grassy areas to walk your dogs. This was nice.

Some look like vagrants and this is not the first time I have seen this at this hotel. They literally go in and out of each other's rooms too. I saw some go in and come out quick, with something in their hand. Some stare/watch you as you come and go. First day, we arrived there about 3 pm after having done a lot in the area already that day, as we arrived in the morning, and check-in is now at 4 pm and the guy, possibly the manager or owner, was somewhat rude in the way he told us that no, we were too early-check in is at 4. Check OUT is at 11 am so I am certain the rooms were ready by then. We've always been allowed to check in up to an hour earlier at most hotels we stay at, including this one in the past! It's definitely changed there and while they are updating the property and rooms, they need to stop using part of their hotel and living spaces for people. Covid is over, so that isn't the issue, oh and same for their maid service!!! They are STILL using the whole covid thing to avoid having daily maid service!! You have to ask at the desk for towels or request maid service a DAY BEFORE!

Floor was not cleaned, went to take shower dirt came off my bottom feet.

Inexpensive and close to attractions.

I discovered bed bugs in my room and had to be downgraded from the suite I booked because they had no availability. I was promised that my first night would be free and that I would receive a 20 percent discount for the rest of my stay. I have not received anything. Would not recommend. I could not even get in touch with a manager to make sure I got my refund when I checked out. I was told there’s a note on my account but nothing else.
