First time going there is Horrible Experience with Starting No One Present at Front Desk and Answering Question Rude and Starring at People eating Right infront of the Front Desk with No Customer Service
-
They are renovating it slowly and I imagine it is a huge undertaking. I felt the signage was lacking and hard to figure out where our room was and where to park. Front desk staff were kind of rude. I wouldn’t stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Piscine intérieure en travaux et non accessible. Le petit dejeuner est vraiment le minimum. L’hôtel laisse l’impression générale d’être vieillissant. Choisissez un motel sans service trois fois moins cher et vous ne verrez pas la différence.

Very friendly staff! Clean spacious room, Comfy bed, Nice property. Definitely would stay again and recommend to everyone.

The indoor pool was closed. There are no "aqua solarium waterfalls" There was no restaurant on site. Our booking says "mountain view" but all we saw was the parking lot. They charge you a "resort fee" for each day....that is NOT mentioned at all. Until you see the bill 4 days later. A person tripped and fell during breakfast on uneven flooring. No ramp to get into building on parking lot side, just many stairs.. No a/c in hallways. Very hot!!

View of parking lot and mountain road

Breakfast selection was very poor
-
Convenient location. Currently under renovation so rooms had portable AC units which is not great in 90+ degree heat. No onsite dining. One pool was closed. Gym feels dated.
-
The staff was very helpful in recommending a place to eat and a golf course to play at.

Nous étions deux couples et nous n’avons pas du tout eu le même type de chambre, l’une avait un lit King avec foyer, l’autre un un simple lit double. Le déjeuner était très décevant, céréales et bagel seulement.

Staff were friendly and kind!

The hotel was very hot in the hallway and lobby and outside and inside pools were being worked on.
-
Everything. It was old, dirty, smelly, outside pool was freezing. No inside pool as advertised or bar like the picture. I would never stay there again for recommend it to anyone.

It claimed to be a resort, but it wasn't. The pool and spa weren't even open. Water backed up behind the toilet and flooded the room. I fell when I went into the bathroom. It looked like it had been a nice hotel until it went under new management. This management doesn't seem to care about the hotel. The breakfast couldn't even be called continental . Would not recommend staying there.

Convenient location.

Clean room. Outdoor pool. That’s it! Misrepresented in the pictures and description. It’s undergoing renovations. Grounds and parking areas are deteriorated. Best as a meeting / conference hotel.

Excellent

The staff was friendly I paid full price and most of the facilities were not available. It's false advertising to promote indoor pool. Spa and restaurant and none of them were available for use. The price to me was insane. I can only assume ince the renovations are complete the hotel will be wonderful. But for me at the time I was there it was not worth the price. There was a table chewed up by dogs. Stains on the chairs that were dated. They only clean in the 3rd day of the stay. Not acceptable for the price I paid. I do not recommend staying here at this time.

Unfortunately, the water pressure was terrible and slow to warm up. The “free breakfast” should be renamed to snacks. Coffee, tea, danishes, cereal, oatmeal, tiny yogurts and hard boiled eggs that had to be eaten on the spot weren’t appealing.

AC units were broken, the temperature of the room was 83 degrees & humid. We decided to leave & not spend the night in those conditions.
