Springhill Suites By Marriott Steamboat Springs

This hotel was amazing in and of itself. The front desk guy on the other hand definitely wasn’t my favorite. It was $60 cheaper to book this room thru hotels.com than the brand site which was disappointing as I’m a long term rewards member of both sites. Some guests were given bottles of water upon check in we weren’t even offered any when we checked in. It wasn’t brought up as to whether I was a rewards member. I’m not sure who gets waters and who doesn’t. The guy just wasn’t very pleasant and definitely seemed like he enjoyed catering to the older women. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The entire parking lot was completely packed so breakfast was a little chaotic but they had the staff to keep up with it which was a huge plus!

Great hotel, I would stay in this property next time I booked in Steamboat Springs

Our room was beautifully appointed. Ski themed motifs were very nice. Great breakfast ! Would stay again!

Very nice hotel!! The bed was comfortable and the room was excellent. If I had to complain about something, I would say the water pressure is too low which makes the shower a bit inadequate. I would suggest that the hotel get shower heads that are designed for low water pressure.

PARKING FEE was unexpected and a disappointment. We were charged $20 for parking and they said it was only $15. We had no idea we would be charged to park. The water pressure was a trickle. Everything else was nice besides dogs in the eating area.

This beautiful hotel was the best! We hope to return. It was so well designed and the beds are so compfy.

Then I went to take a shower and there was more water coming out of the back of the shower head. Was not impressed!

We were so pleasantly surprised with how beautiful this Hotel was for the price.

We also enjoyed the options to walk to a local grocery store, a few restaurants, and a bus stop for the free local shuttle. (Nice not to have to look for parking at the ski area and/or downtown.) We would stay here again.

Since the hotel was new, it was still in really nice condition. However, our sink didn’t drain. The staff handled it promptly which I appreciated. The elevators are incredibly slow so we found it faster to take the stairs. And the AC/heater unit was quite loud, which could be difficult for light sleepers, same with when you take a shower the water hits this metal plate that makes a sound and even after you turn off the shower it’s still drips and makes that sound so anyone sensitive to sounds at night may struggle. Breakfast was solid.

Exceptional property and staff. Very pleasant stay. Be aware of incidental charges like for parking and internet.

My husband and I have stayed at other Marriott chains but Springhill is now a favorite of ours, super clean, great staff and love the vaulted ceilings made the room feel extra cozy great stop for a vacation even booked another stay at a Springhill Suites in Utah after this also a beautiful place to stay away from home.

Beautiful, modern, clean hotel. We had a wonderful stay but the breakfast was very much lacking and unorganized. They ran out of food and coffee before the breakfast timeframe had ended. The food options were limited and they were out of a lot of items.

Besides not having tooth brushes, excellent property great staff

Perfect location, pool and two hot tubs were amazing. Breakfast was good and easy. Would highly recommend for families with kids. Staff and room service members were friendly and always asking if we needed anything. We will stay here again
