River City Casino & Hotel

Room was very clean and the space was a very nice size, bathroom was nice and clean and amazing shower, very comfortable bed and quiet!

Would definitely stay here again!

Everyone was very helpful. Check was easy. The hardest part was getting a luggage cart. A lot of walking. restaurant facility was not good at all. They closed too early and the food wasn’t that good otherwise it was a great place.

The room was comfortable, the walk-in shower is wonderful with both rain & normal shower heads. For an older hotel, I found it to be well appointed with plenty of storage & furniture. The mattress was pretty firm which we were very happy with. The casino is huge with lots & lots of various slots, & table games. No luck here but not unexpected! The cigarette smoke from that side of the casino is pretty evident in the non-smoking portion.

A absolute nightmare. We called the front desk to complain and we are not sure if they sent anyone to check and fix the problem. But Also, the shower fixture was very hard to pull out to use and it took awhile for hot water. Upon check out I explained some of the problems with our accommodations and was not offered any consolation or discount. I personally would not stay there again. The three restaurants between the hotel and the casino were below average and extremely limited in their choices.

The hotel was sufficient for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We checked out the casino which was cool to have near the hotel. The room was comfortable overall. The hotel rooms could be a little cleaner. There was build up and residue on the shower head that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. One of the air conditioning vents wasn't working so the AC didnt work that well.

Outstanding resort...clean campus...amazing casino experience 👌...Great smelling facility...Would definitely recommend this resort if visiting St.Louis...Great restaurants located within the resort!

Room was clean and quiet. Everything was great until we tried to shower the next morning and we had no hot water which sucked. Overall it was a nice place loved the tv screen in the mirror of the bathroom.

During our stay, we unfortunately misplaced a cellphone in the casino area. Although it was not recovered for approximately ten hours, the staff consistently assured us that it would be located. As you can appreciate, misplacing an item of value can make it difficult to focus on other matters. To our immense relief, the phone was found in the fourteenth hour by your security team. I would like to extend a significant commendation to security guards Jacqueline (Jackie) and Samad (Mo). Mo personally delivered the phone to us. We were incredibly delighted and grateful for its recovery. Thank you both sincerely. Following this incident, we were able to fully enjoy the remainder of our stay. The food at the Sports Bar restaurant was delicious, particularly the wings,

Great room and friendly staff! Some of the restaurants have strange hours but enjoy having options on site!

Did not have Breakfast. Did grab a Coffee at cafe. It was delicious staff was friendly. Front desk very hospitable great outing it was for my Moms 77th celebration of life. The shower was brautiful. Water was cold. I had to take a shower anywayy

Quick in and out for a family thing. River city was a perfect choice for us because of the dining and entertainment options at one location. The reception staff was great when we checked in and even checked on us as our stay continued. We spent one evening in the sports book and Melanie was fantastic. Great food and great service. Would highly recommend.
