The noise level was high, including after 10.30pm, although they happened to be accommodating a youth conference and the noise from the pool traveled. In general though, it was a really solid option for the reasonable price.

Very dirty, pretty much entire place inside and outside. We will not be back.

Parking was extremely unsafe could be closer to hotel. Maybe a parking garage room was clean. Air-conditioning was good. Staff was great. Everything else was not location surroundings parking. The area on the outside does not have great lighting and it’s in a horrible part of town.

Dirty, ac was horrible. No bar or restaurant open.

It smelled of mildew and the room was so grimey

Renovations everywhere, air wouldn’t go below 75, smelled like marijuana, pool was green, no parking available so had to pay $65 just to park.

Parking was weird. No soap in the shower. Hotel bar not open.

A/C was not working in The lobby and only 1 elevator out of 3 was woeking

This hotel is rundown and raggedy. The AC was not working in the lobby nor the hallway. There was only ONE operating elevator out of three. The room I was assigned was neat but not the cleanest. The bed linen was dirty! The towels were soiled.

My room was hot air was broken plus the pool was close til further notice when I only book here be cuz ther had pool

Believe every single bad review. The pictures mislead me. Definitely the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in all of my years of traveling.

Stayed here last year because it is around the corner from the Dome and 15 minutes from the Arch. Decided to stay again this year, however, it was not the same experience. The room itself was fine, but other people complained of no ac and other issues. When I walked into the hotel, it was very hot and even the hallway on the 3rd floor was hot as well. When we were walking out atound 11am, the lobby ceiling was leaking because someone pulled the shower handle off and flooded the room to the point it was pouring thru the ceiling. The checkin and checkout was very quick. I did ask why the hotel was so hot in general, I was told the maintenance person is working on it because the ac broke. The hotel has 3 elevators, and 2 were broken, so there was only 1 elevator working and the hotel was sold out due to the concert happening, so the elevator line was long and people were complaining about the wait time.

No AC in the hotel. Only one working elevator. Not welcoming staff

The pool was shut down as it was not working either. They are in the process of doing some remodeling. The hallway floor in which we were on was pretty dirty. I understand that they were remodeling several rooms on our floor but I do think a vacuum could be ran from time to time. Our room was okay. We stayed 5 nights and on the third night I called and asked for fresh towels. Our rooms were never refreshed, maybe they don't do that until you check out. They were quick to bring up fresh towels. The workers at the front desk were doing their best with all of the issues at hand. They tried to make things better but man those individuals had to be exhausted from all the complaints they were receiving. The parking was slim but we were able to park in the street a block away. The only ice machine we could locate was on the 5th floor. They have room to improve the hotel and they are in the process of doing just that but we were not crazy about our stay.

The trash on the outside. No large trash bins inside. Shower was difficult to turn off. All windows were dirty. Pool was cold. Bugs in light fixtures over pool. No towels at pool or workout room. Old towels left on ground for two days at pool.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean Pool was green, when staff was informed, it was closed. I would have picked a different hotel had I known we wouldn't be able to swim. Breakfast was only available 1 day. Had to ask for more towels everyday. We got a parking ticket where they told us the free parking was. We were told we would have to pay $20 a day for their handicap parking even though we had tags.

Worst hotel I have stayed at. Hallways appeared damaged. Doors were marked with damages. 2 of 3 elevators did not work. My room door was not secured properly so opening and closing was difficult. Broken lock. Bathroom was in need of repair and paint.

Loved the bed. The mattress was super comfy. Shower water pressure was nice. The elevator didn't work half the time. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa. Our room door didn't shut without pushing as hard as we could and same with opening it. It was crazy hot in the lobby and halls. No towels in the bathroom. No towels for the pool. I expected much more from a Radisson

Trash at front outside consistently. Bathtub paint peeling so tub unusable.
