Quality Inn Saint Louis Airport

They have no elevator. The ice machine is broken. Cockroaches running everywhere. Housekeeping didn't switch out towels, front desk said they're was none

Good place

The building was a bit old. Door closures wre loud and the paint on the walls and doors were peeling off. While in the bathroom I saw a lot of peeling and mold. The room was adequate and the bed served its purpose. The breakfast area was clean and had waffles and cereal along with hot coffee, juice and milk. The desk service attendant in the morning was friendly and accommodating. I was able to leave my luggage at the desk while I toured the city and waited for my 5 o'clock flight. The location of the hotel was 4 blocks from my car rental site and near the bus stop I needed. The shuttle was readily available and polite. It was 5 minutes to the airport.

Arrived and checked into room, the room given was not cleaned from previous people who stayed there. Bed was not made, air dryers blowing on the floor, towels soaked in the sink among other things not cleaned. We were given another room, but were a little timid to stay there.

The hotel is in need of major repairs, the room had sticky floors and something was dumped in the mini fridge. The bathroom in room was not clean with a dirt towel hanging on the bathroom door. The bathtub faucet is literally being held on with caulk.

The tub spout wouldn't close, so I only had about 20% of the water coming from the shower head. Breakfast was coffee and white bread. They did have butter. I saw a cocroach run into a hole in the bathroom wall..

Great location, across the highway from the airport. Short 5 min drive in the shuttle. Clean room, great staff, safe area!

Bring something to cover your eyes so bright at night.

Not really, except some of the hotel workers didn't speak English or say good morning. Could be because they don't speak English.

The parking was very limited. The computer crashed when I arrived. There were no smoking signs every where, but motel smelled like a lit cigarette. Housekeepers making plenty of noise before 8am, way before checkout. Definition of you get what you pay for.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Saw bugs and room wasn’t clean and I had thin sheets as a blanket had to refund the room. 0/10

I did not like the shower. The group is very displeasing

Had an accident the first night in my room, ask for my bed to be changed wasn't changed the whole week I was there toilet leak.bugs all over the room ask many times to have my room cleaned and was never done.

It's old and smells musty. The shuttle only works until 11 pm.

Vending machines didn't take CC. The television didn't work.

Very close to airport, and the shuttle was fast. The hall smelled of weed, cigarette burns in bedding, the floors were sticky, bathroom needs walls/ tub refinished (holes and peeling). The complimentary breakfast was very sad; toast but no jelly, waffles but no syrup, cereal that looks like it was sitting in the canister for months.

I found used women’s underwear behind the mini fridge a condom wrapper on the bathroom floor and a cockroach in the tub. The faucet was not secured to the sink and the transition into the bathroom about caused a nasty fall. The front desk lady was nice though.
