21C Museum Hotel St Louis

Tiffany, at the front desk, was super friendly, very helpful, and just the service a tourist needs!!!

The hotel itself was great. Amenities were good. Staff was great if I had one item that I think more people visiting an upscale hotel would like is a better variety of food available. I noticed a lot of people going out for food or getting food elsewhere, as I said the hotel itself it’s wonderful. The art was magnificent. The surroundings themselves within the hotel were beautiful. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique upscale type of hotel in St. Louis.

Everything was pretty good with room, but air unit went out in 313, however the quickly moved us next door and gave us a 50 room credit for food. One thing was disappointing was the restaurant, the steak had to be replaced and even when they did it at medium rare it just wasnt that great. Reminded me of our grilled steak at home, just nothing special for that price. The half chicken was dry and so small for 38 bucks.

Beautiful hotel. I loved my stay. The staff was great! I can’t wait to stay at another 21C property. The museum was fantastic. You can have an adventure without leaving the hotel :)

The artistry of the bldg and art display were a plus.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and stylish.

Amazing fitness facilities! Staff was incredible. Great food too. Only complaint was the pillows were not very comfortable and the rooms feel cramped. But very minor issues.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed the location and overall atmosphere. It was a pleasant experience, and I would consider staying here again.

The hot tub and pool were great. The room was okay. The service at the restaurant and bar was great as well.

The room and the hallways were not clean. Some hotel staff were not friendly. Didn’t feel comfortable.

I loved the stay at this hotel. Once inside, everything and everyone was beautiful. The only thing that could have been better was the parking situation. Even so, I found a place to self-park each night and felt safe going and coming.

Horrible valet customer service

Location, nicely decorated, the art was wonderful, and the bar area was great. Pillows and bed was hard, hotel staff was not the most friendly, valet parking is ridiculously priced. I thought the rooms were overpriced as well.

It’s a great property but I left my pillow and I was led to believe ott could be mailed to me but it hasn’t so I don’t think anyone cared… Leaving my pillow and being told it would be sent and it wasn’t…

The stay was fine. A little bit of an older building, not really my style but nothing wrong with it. I did pay the $50 a day for valet so my car wouldn’t get stolen so be mindful of that.

Such an amazing place. We were on a road trip and needed a place where everything was there. This was it! We LOVED the pool and spa. And the art exhibit was beautiful!

This hotel was a fun experience for our family with really nice spacious and clean rooms and an amazing pool and fitness center with lap lanes. There is a coffee shops with breakfast for purchase but be prepared for really long wait times for food. Great location for downtown experiences like Busch Stadium Union Station and City Museum
