Room not clean, very dirty walls, broken light covers, nasty smell in room. This place needs a remodel. The only thing decent is the large fridge and decent flooring. No baseboards, visible drywall, framing, and layers of peeling paint. Staff were nice and parking was right outside the room. Would not stay again.

Hotel was fairly decent, especially for the price, A/C was not very good, and in St. George, that is a necessity!! If the A/C had been better, it wasn’t a half bad stay

Based on the price of $52 for a Sunday nite and only $60 deposit, it was a decent stay. At check in you are required to initial a form agreeing to have no guests, I explained nobody will stay the night but I am expecting a guest for a couple hours as this is not an Air BNB. The breakfast is generic cereal and muffins etc. and I had to go out for breakfast anyways, so no real value. Also,it is annoying when checkout is 11am and housekeeping is pounding on the door like law enforcement 5 minutes prior to checkout.

She has a lung problem, we could not stay.. I asked for a refund and was told to take it up with booking.com I think the manager could have tried harder to refund my money. This is how I would like solve this problem.

Room was not properly cleaned, random splats of something on the walls, hair in the bathtub, weird smell, and half of the lightbulbs did not work. Housekeeping tried to come into the room before check out time. The pool and hot tub were clean at least. Laundry facilities are shared with next door hotel in a different building, not very convenient. I would not recommend this place.

Super place. The staff is friendly. Room is clean. Towels are soft. Bed is comfortable. Air conditioning quiet. And room is even a comfortable temperature when arriving. Happy I stayed here. No problems at all.
