Hampton Inn & Suites St. Charles Old Town Area

When I checked in they told me the water system in the entire hotel would be shut off at 9am the following morning. When these things happen guests should be advised in advance and given the opportunity to cancel their reservation. Or the hotel should shut down for one day so people can make other arrangements. And this hotel is located in a horrible area. Next door is a run down low rent apartment complex, and if you're not careful you'll pull in their by mistake since the entrances are side by side. Just across the highway are 2 excellent hotels. I canceled this hotel and checked into one of those instead. I'm so glad I did.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable room, though the shower door was broken.

Overall it was a good stay. The bed is comfortable. Room was very clean and staff was friendly. The only complaint is the noise from the hallway (other guests slamming doors) and we could hear people walking from above us. At 5:45 am it sounded like kids running and jumping above us. For being a newer hotel, I would have thought that the noise wouldn’t have been such an issue. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Well maintained lovely spacios studio room

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful (they helped me find a local bbq place for dinner), and breakfast a solid A-.

Mary Jo greeted us upon arrival with a smile and quick check in. Had a great room. Breakfast was plentiful.

This hotel was fantastic! Every staff member that we encountered was super friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was yummy as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

I sat and waited at the front desk for 20 minutes waiting on someone to help us out. Then she gets off the elevator with a terrible attitude. Won’t be back.

We stay here 1-2 times a year for a quick weekend getaway. Love your location, staff and price.

This property is close to the interstate and if you are a light sleeper, the noise is loud from a busy interstate. We had bad luck this visit. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work so the room temp didn’t cool down from 78

Best hotel for the money I’ve been in for along time spacious, comfortable room.
