The continental breakfast could be better ,perhaps with danishes ,more food more milk available for all the cereal provided and for children more fruit ,also we did our laundry (being that we have our own appliance company we had to clean out dryer vent and hose just to dry our clothes then the next day they clothes the washer n dryer off

Room was clean and facilities looked to be recently remodeled. Staff was great and helpful. Overall a positive stay. I do not like exterior doors for room entrance for safety reasons, but this wasn’t bad. Would stay there again.

Loved the pool and the spa. Rooms were very clean and the air works great. Staff were very helpful with extra towels and taking out trash. Great free breakfast. Will be staying again.

Fire alarm kept going off because of steam from the shower, room was not clean, and breakfast was not good. Location was great and staff were helpful.

Awesome location. 1 block from the beach. 2 miles from Amphitheater and about 3 miles from the historic area of St. Augustine. We will be staying again at Best Western Seaside Inn. There is absolutely no complaints.

The location and price were great. However, the bed was very, very, hard!!

Breakfast was great but the people working there were extremely nice. Esp the staff setting up breakfast!

A nice place. Located near the beach and good restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Very unhelpful front desk. Bathroom was still very dirty and I’m convinced that only the beds were made and they called it good. I have stayed here a lot over the years and I’m not sure if they had a big change in management or staffing but it was the absolute worst visit I’ve ever had anywhere. The hot tub is broken. I asked for turned down service daily until they finally showed up on the 3rd day leaving us without towels the whole time we were there. When approaching the front desk they told us they could not give us towels and that they would service our room. But they never showed up. There was leftover fecal matter in the toilet from the previous guests that was not cleaned and all of the shampoo bottles in the bathroom were empty as if they were never checked or replaced. I’ve been a customer of this specific hotel for the last 7 years but I will not be back

Modern room with more upgraded bathroom and decor. Clean property, nice landscaping and pool.

There were no outlets by the bed and my spouse uses a sleep machine. The bathroom was smelly and had not been cleaned well.

The noise from the neighbors was another problem. They were smoking marijuana even at midnight in the hallway, and I had to keep telling them to keep it down. The front desk staff seemed like they were forced to be there. The only positive thing about this place is that it’s close to the beach.

Breakfast was decent. The waffle maker was a continued issue though. The room was very humid, cooler was not significant enough. It messed up one of our cell phones due to "moisture" also towels started to smell as well for same reason.

Very nice and convenient to all we did

The location Big spider in the shower, sticky floors , loud closing doors so constantly woken up , lied to about parking price. Yall said $10 plus tax a night per vehicle and they charged me $14.99 plus tax I had 2 vehicles so that really wasn't cool to have that part of the contract broken. The lady at the front desk had an attitude from the start , pool was filthy as well.
