First, I booked this room to save the $20 I would have paid to go to Embassey Suites. Yet when we checked in they charged an extra $15 to park in their lot - which was not full. Then, the first room we went to smelt of mold and mildew. The front desk clerk very kindly changed our rooms (she was great!). The next room smelled fine, but the air conditioner is old and it had trouble keeping up with our cold setting (we like it cold at 68). We also woke up, went to take a shower and the shampoo was completely empty. On top of all that I didn't realize they do not offer complimentary breakfast - but that was my fault for not checking. My conclusion: I should have paid the extra $5 to get a suite with 2 kings and an omelet chef in the morning.

Upon arrival, the staff were very accommodating and professional. The room was thoroughly clean. Breakfast food items gave a wide selection of fresh food items. The overall experience was wonderful! The staff accommodated every request with professionalism and swiftness. I will recommend and revisit. Overall, this was a wonderful weekend experience. Thank you so much for ensuring that my family and I were comfortable.

They were the odd one out of all the hotels in the area. They were charging for parking, WiFi and no breakfast. I expected more giving their international nature and reputation. Quite disappointing really
