Safe and clean room. Modest price. Good location and easy access.

The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Staff at check in was extremely friendly and helpful. The property itself is old and could be cleaner. Carpet had stains and we found some hair in the bed. We had no other major issues thougt, it was quiet and the bed was relatively comfortable. But I dont think I would stay here again.

they could clean the entry door sometimes, had spider webs and dirt. The inside was fine.

The room was comfortable and it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking. Room was clean, had ac and heater that worked. Loved our stay.

The manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a problem with our AC and he quickly moved us to a different room.

Clean rooms, plenty of parking, and the staff was exceptionally attentive and accommodating. For a budget-friendly motel, they are doing a great job. You get what you pay for, but overall, I’d say well done. My only minor concern was the lack of a proper blanket. They only provided a small, thin one that might leave you cold at night (though they do have a good AC and heater in case of a temperature drop)

When I reviewed the property amenities, there were photos of a workout room and a swimming pool. When I arrived at the property, I was told these services were not included. There is an apartment building behind the hotel that has the same name as the hotel. Perhaps those photos were on the incorrect website.

The hotel was cozy comfortable and very central to all our destinations. The wonderful ladies at the front desk were so soo kind. Explained all the details and everything we needed. Lovely.
-
Very friendly staff. Safe parking. Clean. Would definitely return if travels take us that way again!
-
The property is a little dated, but the staff was very friendly and ready to help in any way. The rooms were clean and everything worked well (if you want a hot shower they had plenty of hot water and it was ready instantly). Check in and out was easy - no hassle.
-
Clean. Took along time to check in

The not-lowest rate and higher review score for this hotel are in my sweet spot, so no surprise I booked it. However, after spending a night, I suspect the rate reflects low supply of Eugene hotel space on weekends. The 8+ review score is higher than I think is warranted. Our room did not rise to the level of either the cost or the review score. The older construction has resulted in plumbing that makes the toilet difficult to flush. The air conditioning responded very slowly, resulting in a hot room for half the night. When it did kick in, the very light linens became apparent. I had booked for two nights, but wife made it clear that the hotel did not meet our expectations and she wanted to leave before spending that second night. So, if your family isn't in the mood for the quaint style, read more reviews before you commit.

Great place to stay, nice staff and the location was close to eating areas and hang our spots

Also very quiet and clean.

As a solo traveler, I was concerned about the safety but had no problems at all. The property was well lit and had cameras all over the exterior and parking lot. Bed was not the most comfortable, but overall would stay again.
-
Bad to sleep without any covers. There was an abundance of pillows however they were average quality kind of lumpy, but the beds were very comfortable and roomy. Nice size refrigerator nice bathtub and shower.
-
Friendly, helpful, quiet and peaceful.

Dark no pile carpet had plenty of old stains, found a pack of cigarettes under the bed from a previous guest, windows open up to exterior walk way so no privacy, air conditioner was on high the entire stay and struggled to completely cool the room during the day (90 degree outside temps). Common area courtyard was kept clean and nice, front desk was always staffed and helpful, plenty of convenient parking, and the larger sized refrigerator and microwave in room were nice. Easy access to freeway makes getting into Eugene easy. Local area had all the restaurants and shops close by. Happy with the stay for the price, if I had to do it again I would likely pay a bit more for something a bit more up the scale.
