Great location, clean facilities and very nice staff.

Staff was great! Breakfast was great! My kids loved the pool. The conditioner in the shower actually worked well and smells great. The room was big and new and had plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Overall, no complaints!

This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and everything was in working order. I highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was well maintained on the inside snd outside. They had a small but nice indoor pool perfect for kids. Breakfast was great- offered a wide variety of choices for everyone in my family. Highly recommend!

Good selection at breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and staff were great! The width of the parking spaces was so narrow that I couldn’t open my door to get in the car and I was in a normal sized vehicle.

Very conveniently located in Downtown Springfield, very accessible by public transit, to anywhere you need to go, etc etc I became very ill with a stomach issue while out during my 2nd of 3 days in Springfield area. The final morning of my stay I came downstairs to the breakfast area at 6,630am to find multiple homeless people picking through the food with their bare hands, no front desk staff, kitchen or security were present in the area. It was apparent this was not their first time doing this. I ended up putting two and two together after I left, but this location needs security or more attentive night/morning staff

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly, but still nice and quiet. It is conveniently located near downtown. My family and I all enjoyed staying here.
