Nathan helped us checking in and we got Rm. 406. The room was beautiful but the balcony door did not lock; called Front Desk and Johnny arranged us to another room immediately; loved their customer service and hotel location :)

Very nice establishment. They had technical difficulties inside our building right when I checked in our phone, WiFi and TV we're all not working but they resolved the issue right of way.

Beautiful hotel in Springdale - we stayed 1 night before visiting Zion and there was a shuttle stop straight to the park right in front of the hotel, great location. New feeling and clean property with comfortable rooms and incredible views (we stayed in the Annex and i believe it was the better choice for the view). We got upgraded to a suite at checkin, but unfortunately faced some issues in communication about the sofa bed (we were told it would have been made for us, as we had initially booked a room with two queen beds and instead got a suite but it only had one king bed and a sofa, we were in 3). The sofa bed was not made after dinner so we went to ask the front desk again and were told we had to make.. differently to what was communicated before. When asking for a duvet for the sofa, we were met with unpolite treatment from the front desk..

Property is really nice - beautifully kept, room was spotless and quiet and a nice size. Staff, especially a tall auburn haired gal at the front desk, could have been friendly and more welcoming. She definitely was a let down.
