To quote Beete Davis, “what a dump!” Old shabby lousy breakfast furniture worn out it smells. Stay away I don’t know how the fixed the Expedia rating so high, fishy!
-
It was amazing thank you
-
Expedia and the property staff were not at all helpful with the issue I had with the name, I was stranded without a room because of this. Hope such issues will be handled better and the customer will not be at a disadvantage because of issues with the app and with the hotel checkin system

This place was close to everything and if you are an antiques person you found the perfect spot in Spokane Valley to visit them! Can’t say enough about this hotel, really enjoyed our stay!
-
Price was decent. Was quiet, and I slept very well, which is of Paramount importance. Otherwise, carpets don’t look like they’ve been deep cleaned in a long time. Amenities were dated. No elevator. Appeared that whomever made the bed has never made a bed before, and a cheap duvet. 5.5/10 over all.

Breakfast is very lacking in the hotel but you can go next door to Denny’s and pick 3 items off a small menu on the voucher. Or you can take $7 off your bill for each voucher. My only issue is they only have two per room and technically I had one room but 4 people. Pool area and pool was fine. Water was a little cloudy but otherwise it was fine. No elevator so you will have to lug your suitcases up some stairs.

There were NO Elevators, the only thing we very much disliked.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean.

Room was clean and decent. The breakfast was vouchers to Dennys which was actually great. Parking was available and easy. Overall a good stay for our trip.

Very good

They claim “no smoking” yet the whole damn hallway reeked of weed. Their breakfast options are literally Denny’s voucher which was ok. They offer so called breakfast but it’s just basic bars. Person staying above us would be stomping at all hours of the night.

It felt run down Just felt grungy and run down

The staff and rooms were fantastic.

Vast difference between what the pictures show and the sorry state of the place. We expected bare bones, but the soul sucking sadness made me vow always shell out for a better place to stay. Even Motel 6 next door would have been an improvement. Dingy. Sad. Broken. Smelled like cigarette smoke. The first floor was actually down a flight of stairs if accessed from side door. On a very hot day, we had to maneuver around staff person sitting in smoking in parking lot to access the side door closest to our room. Breakfast was $7 vouchers for the Denny's next door which was welcome as one more minute in this place might have drained a whole vacation worth of joy out of me. Front desk staff was nice. If you are writing a novel about misery this is the place for you.
