They required a $50 deposit.They said it was going to be refunded. the process my $50 deposit and kept it!

Our room’s ac apparently did not work. It was so hot in the room. It never even got cool in there. Very out dated throughout the property. The pool had bugs and trash floating around in it. And that was the main reason we went was for me to get a little pool time after I had experienced a huge family tragedy (a family member’s suicide)and needed a little rest and relaxation to get my mind off of things. At check in, the lady rudely told me to wait while I stood there for closest to 10 minutes while she counted money in her drawer and went about her daily tasks and then checked me in at her convenience. Property is located near things such as shopping and restaurants. The room we had was located poolside so that was nice. Would not recommend.

Pool was nice - room needed updating. Front desk wanted to charge for spoons….Coffee was horrible ended up buying instant.

The door didn't lock, the bathroom was full of mold and under the AC unit was a green slime. The desk chair was missing a wheel and had duck tape where it should have been, the arm chair had no support so if you sat in it, you were on the floor. Out of quite a few ice machines only one was working. Definitely do not recommend staying here.

I paid $65 a night for a King Brdroom so I got what I paid for. Location was convenient to Pinehurst. The property was ok. The room was quiet. Good place if you don't worry about things like personal safety. I was happy that my parking spot was ten feet from my door.

Absolutely loved our time here! Clean, safe, friendly, well maintained and pet friendly.

I understand the room they put us in was because we had a 8lb dog but the bthroom door was so scraped up badand and the baseboards in bthrm was not cleaned i will say the hot water was excellent. But 4 a.m someone pounded on the door so freaking loud and woke us all up including the pup and i ran to the door, no one was there... but that was terrifying.

This place has really good potential considering that is near beautiful downtown Southern Pines and Pinehurst. My second time staying in this place and both times the mini fridge and shower heads didn't work sufficiently. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was good.

On a very hot day staff took the time to have the AC running prior to my arrival. So considerate! Accommodations are very comfortable and will stay there again!

It was a long walk to the room, including hauling luggage up a lot of stairs. The staff was professional. Breakfast was marginal. The room as a good value for the money. Someone apparently attempted to steal gas overnight in the parking lot and broke the door on my Ford Transit. That will set me back about $450 for the part, plus labor and negating any savings achieved on the room rate. The location was convenient for restaurants and shopping.

We checked in. Went to our room. There was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor, and live cockroaches scurrying around in the rest of the room. We immediately left and canceled our stay.

That when we got there ,there was no air in the room and Linda got me another room

The floor in the room was dirty,bathroom door had to lift up on door knob to close the door and the air conditioner did
