The management at the property were very difficult to work with. I added a night to my reservation and for some reason didn’t go through. They couldn’t figure out how to do that in the computer so I was called and told I had to go back to the hotel and move my room. There was no manager on site to talk to. New room had no hot water. Very disappointing and then received a text that they were sorry for the miscommunication!

So our room there was no hot water pressure. I reported it on the first day we left the room maintenance man never came up second day I got up and nobody had looked at the shower so I called it in. No hot water. Maintenance immediately moved us to another room, which was an upgrade was appreciated which that shower in that room had hot water but if you looked at the door, it was crooked, and the frame of the door was coming apart. Door did shut and lock. I don’t see how but it did. So would it be a Hilton brand I kinda expected more, expected the rooms to be a little bit better shape

Basic hotel near a busy street so bring earplugs. Room was in need of some TLC. Noisy guests were also a dissatisfier. Breakfast is as one would expect.

It was nice clean everything was close poor bbq area fire pit area kids had fun love the late check out time & early check in that’s a big bonus being able to bring my dog and pet fee is very reasonable definitely coming back because of that

It is a busy property but the staff is on top of it, keeping it clean and tidy. The room was massive and comfortable. Breakfast, for a free hotel breakfast, was a 10 out of 10. Definately would stay here again.

The room was very clean. The bathroom just needs a little updating. The staff was very professional and polite. When asked a question what to do in the area a staff member went out of her way to let us know where we can go in the surrounding area. The breakfast was good and again the staff very polite. I would recommend this property.

Everything was perfect. Adam and the rest of the staff were helpful .

It was an excellent facility and we really enjoyed it

To make matters worse, there was a large clump of hair stuck to the shower glass when I arrived, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. There was also a strange, unpleasant odor throughout the room that never went away. On the plus side the iron worked. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not up to the standard I would expect. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again based on this experience
