Comfort Inn & Suites at Sanford Sports Complex

Our stay was average. The bathroom had only one towel bar so we had to throw the bath towels over the shower door and had no rack near the sink for a hand towel. The breakfast was your typical average. The “Lounge” was a small bar that only served beer. The floor in our suite area was damaged. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. You could hear the people walking above us and in the hallways. All in all, it was an average stay .

Staff is wonderful. Rooms are very nice & beds are comfortable. Breakfast is always good. My only complaint is the TV service. They don't get ABC network; it duplicates PBS instead. If you scroll through the channels the screen goes black and you have to turn the TV off and wait several minutes before turning it on. I was told the 1st time it happened it depended on which floor you were on, however, I've stayed 4 times on different floors, and it happens in every room I've stayed in.

Very pleased with our stay. Staff very friendly. Only complaint would be the exhaust fan was either not work or on a very slow RPM.

Great one night stay for baseball tournament. Pool was warm, breakfast options were perfect.

Property was at a great location near the highway. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating area with the fire pits. Staff were not very friendly and communication was at a minimum. I messaged the property one month prior to my stay with questions and never received a response.

Property was good, clean room and comfortable beds. Only hiccup was the bathroom amenities. The shampoo/conditioner set was empty and off the rack. Normally, not an issue as I usually have my own, but had forgotten it and was depending on hotel supplies. Overall, not a big deal. I mentioned it when we checked out. Otherwise, this was a good place to stay.

Everything was fantastic with one minor exception....the hot tub was so hot it was barely tolerable. I honestly would be concerned that a child or elderly adult could be burned, it was that hot. Beyond that, it was a lovely place to stay. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and the breakfast was great! Comfortable beds and pillows, and everything was spotless. Definitely would stay there again!

This is my go-to place when I visit my son in Sioux Falls! Always a good place to stay!

Very clean and new property. Breakfast was great. Location was easy to find.

New and clean. Reception clerk was not very friendly. After traveling 600+ miles the reception clerk was put out because I didn't understand every thing she told me. She sounded like an AI robot. When I asked a question she seemed disgruntled and told me everything she said was on a card in the room.

I liked that it was relatively new. I would not say that it is as clean as it should be. There was noticeable marks on the walls, stains in the carpet, and the shower floor was partially black, like it had never been cleaned. Room 219. It was fine for a nights stay. I understand that they probably don't have supervisors checking the cleanliness of each room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine too. It served our purposes, but it would be nice if it were better maintained.

Easy to find and quiet location; very clean and well-maintained property; check-in and check-out were very smooth. Has become my go-to for every time I stay in Sioux Falls!
