I only stayed one night and really only used it to sleep, however it was clean and spacious. I would stay here again if ever in the area for an event.

Outdated room cable keep going in and out

We left 5 minutes after walking into the room, it had a smokers odor to the point which was unbearable….. gentleman at the desk didn’t seem to care and didn’t even lift his head from what he was doing when I expressed my concern..

no instructions in room on how to use the TV - was told when I checked out I needed to choose an 'input' - 2 of us tried everything and nothing worked the night before and I've stayed at plenty of hotels in my years - never had a tv with no instructions or didn't know how it worked.

Rapport qualité-prix excellent vue les autres options dans les alentours, si vos standards ne sont pas trop élevé vous serez satisfait. La chambre était bien correct et relativement propre. La chambre était prête à notre arrivée.

I would’ve hoped for more given the amount we paid ($220+) even though it was last minute

It is close to Gillette and the Irish Pub next door. There was an open bottle of margarita mix left in the fridge.

also, the room is usually $100 but due to the concert at gillette stadium they price surged to $400+ for a room I would barely spend $80 on. sad.

This was the first time I have ever experienced a hotel in such bad condition. The first room we were given had clearly already been used: the bed was not properly prepared and it looked like someone had slept in it. We were then given a second room, which was dirty and in terrible condition. There were insects and flies, the shower was dirty, the floor was sticky, and the bed was a disaster. The cover was dirty, and both the refrigerator and the air conditioner were extremely noisy. We also asked for an extra pillow, but they had none available. The water and snack dispenser didn't work, and the person working at night was unable to help us with anything. The hotel takes advantage of its location because there is a stadium about 5 km away, but it is not realistically walkable. We paid around $600 CAD and ended up sleeping only about 3 hours, while also suffering from multiple insect bites. I cancelled the second night through Expedia because the hotel was unable or unwilling to resolve the situation. I have many photos documenting the condition of the room. Do not stay at this hotel. Paying $600 for this kind of room and service is completely unacceptable. This story is not finished yet.

I guess it was a last minute booking. According to the clerk there was no other rooms available. The room smelled horrible, musty almost unbreathable. I went to the front counter and they gave me an air spray to help dissipate the smell. Clerk informed that it was smoking room though the reason it smelled so bad. I slept for 3 hours and awaken by the odor.. hopefully they can fix that issue as even the bedsheets and the pillows had the same odor.
