Staff were all very nice and when I lost my car keys they went above and beyond even though I was definitely being a little crazy about it. The room was amazing, me and boyfriend will 100% be back.

Great patio.

The suite room was so large with its own bedroom, living room and kitchen. Very spacious except our room was upstairs, so we had to carry our luggage through the stairs. The balcony was really cool too.
-
Nice renovated studio with kitchenette and patio. The bed gave me back pain. If you’re traveling solo and need rest, avoid units facing a pool.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed. Beautiful landscaping , great staff and specially awesome room . Everything that you need is in there. Highly recommended!! 5 star

Mostly ok, but room had a couple areas that were not well cleaned. Several spots of some greasy substance on bathroom door. Mirror had spots. Hot tub also had a bit of debris at bottom. Also note that most rooms don't seem to have the views of the Sedona red rock formations shown in the photos. You can see them from the property but not the room we had

As a single black woman traveling alone, this was not an ideal spot. I experienced lots of door slamming which interrupted my rest periods and caused my cat to become afraid. I was the only black person in the entire town. I experienced negative vibes and looks. I experienced others following me around in local stores, locking doors while shopping and external pressure to spend my money.
